Beautiful and satisfied stay. Room was clean and spacious. Ascott meets the international standards. Breakfast was just right with good balance of the local and western selection. Close enough to the beach access, and amenities were good. I'll definitely consider to stay here again.

2 years plus hotel is an excellent choice! Wen Ya, the manager and her staffs are highly praised! Ordered food in and was delivered by robot straight to the room. They have Mahjong room which is great! Chinese restaurant on 5th floor was excellent too!

I had a fantastic stay here. The room was incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean. The washing machine was a huge convenience, and the sea-view room offered wonderful views. Xiao Liang's service was absolutely top-notch! I even went ahead and booked another stay for the upcoming days, haha! 😄

Thank you for the complimentary suite upgrade; it was a wonderful surprise that truly made the experience exceptional! The room was spacious and bright, offering a breathtaking sea view. Our concierge was incredibly attentive, addressing all our needs. The hotel boasts comprehensive facilities, including a pool and gym, leaving nothing to be desired. Additionally, there are numerous dining options nearby, and transportation was incredibly convenient. I wholeheartedly recommend this place; honestly, I couldn't find a single flaw!

The luxury one-bedroom sea-view suite we booked was absolutely fantastic and felt very new. It came with a huge fridge, Siemens stove and microwave, and even a capsule coffee machine, truly exceeding our expectations. The sea view was stunning, and Xiao Liang provided excellent service. Housekeeping was very prompt, and they provided a generous supply of amenities. The absolute highlight was being able to enjoy the sea view from the living room, bathroom, and even the bedroom! On the left side of the balcony, a building from the hotel next door partially obstructed the view. While it was a partial sea view, for the price, it was still incredibly good. The room was spotless, and the cleaning staff were very friendly and attentive. The swimming pool was large, with depths of 1.2m and 1.5m. It was never crowded, allowing us to swim freely. The hotel restaurant offered à la carte Malaysian dishes, which were delicious and reasonably priced. There was some tree-sawing noise in the mornings, so if you're a late riser, I'd recommend bringing earplugs. It was a 5-minute walk to the seashore, but roughly 15 minutes to reach an area with stairs that provided access down to the sandy beach. The rocky beach visible from our window is currently cordoned off and inaccessible; only those participating in water activities are allowed to enter. The hotel seemed to attract a lot of young people and Russian guests. Compared to the excellent service at this hotel, the service at the resort hotels I've stayed at in Yalong Bay was absolutely dreadful.

I booked a one-bedroom ocean view suite. The floor-to-ceiling windows directly overlooked Dadonghai, and the sea was absolutely beautiful. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and getting to the city center is very convenient. It's only a 10-minute drive to the First Market. You can also head downstairs and take a small path directly opposite the hotel to reach the beach. Unfortunately, owing to the 'Swordfish' situation, the only road outside the hotel was quite difficult to navigate. The suite was fully equipped with a kitchen, washing machine, and refrigerator, making it ideal for long stays. The breakfast was also quite delicious.

Super satisfied! The place was very clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The Dadonghai area was also bustling with attractive Russian visitors. Best of all, they have a washer-dryer combo! In this scorching heat, having a free laundry facility was an absolute lifesaver; not being able to wash clothes would have been unbearable (unlike some pricier hotels in Haitang Bay!). I'll definitely bring my family back next time.

Absolutely made the right choice! I have to share how incredibly comfortable our stay was. First, let's talk about the room – I was truly amazed! It's incredibly spacious, with the living room, bedroom, and balcony all feeling bright and airy. It never felt cramped and was much bigger than I'd imagined. The layout is also very well-designed, with clearly defined areas that make moving around a breeze. It completely lacks the cramped, stuffy feeling you sometimes get in smaller hotels. Most importantly, it's incredibly well-equipped! The kitchen has everything from pots and pans to a microwave, the living room sofa is plush and comfortable, the TV is a decent size, and the bed in the bedroom is really comfy. Even small essentials like laundry detergent and a hairdryer are provided. It truly felt like a home away from home; we didn't have to worry about a thing. So convenient! The pool also deserves a special mention. The water was incredibly clean and crystal clear – you could see the bottom, just inviting you to jump right in! Going for a swim every evening, with the sea breeze, was incredibly refreshing and just melted away all the day's fatigue. Oh, and the little town behind the apartment is an absolute photographer's paradise! The architecture is so charming and unique; every spot is postcard-perfect. Whether you're taking photos with friends, your partner, or the whole family, they all turn out amazing – you'll have endless content for your social media! Now, about the service: it's no-nonsense, straightforward, and incredibly efficient. There are no complicated procedures, but if you need anything at all, someone responds immediately, and problems are resolved quickly. Moreover, every staff member is genuinely kind and always greets you with a smile, which really makes you feel welcome and cared for. Here, I *must* give a special shout-out to one person – REECE YANG! His service was truly exceptional and incredibly thoughtful. From guiding us to our room upon arrival to patiently listening to and accommodating every little request we casually mentioned, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. Even with more challenging issues, he actively helped coordinate solutions. His genuine care for guests truly warmed our hearts and made us feel so valued. Thanks to him, our stay was made even more comfortable. All in all, I couldn't fault this apartment, from its room facilities to its service. If I visit Sanya again, I will absolutely choose to stay here!

Revisiting Sanya with my kids and parents, it was our first time staying in the Dadonghai area. We were pleasantly surprised by how beautiful Dadonghai is! The hotel pool was fantastic, and the children's play area was equally impressive. The kids absolutely loved it and couldn't get enough, especially the sandpit. Even though it's outdoors, it gets completely shaded in the afternoon, which was absolutely perfect.

Everything was awesome. Nice cozy family atmosphere, nice breakfast, nice little gym, and quite atmosphere away from the noise but still the beach is across the street almost and not far assay from most of the amenities of Dadunghaj

Was given a very spacious one bedroom apartment with a nice sea view. Liked their cooking facilities and washing machine. Made travelling easier. Close to the beach and Lu Hui Tou which is a famous scenic spot.

Overall experience was ok, but during my trip encounter mild typhoon which was not heavy but the building was old and sliding window at living room, bedroom & toilet were so bad that having extremely loud battering noise that could not fall asleep and causing significant disturbance. Believe it was due to big gap and poor seals at all the windows while I did not encounter this at other hotels. Traveler who visit this place that expected to rain please avoid at all cost.

Hotel view was great and room is clean. Worth the price for short stay. The hotel staff was also great in assisting whatever needs required. Location was good in all. Certainly worth staying overall.

The location is perfect with views across the ocean without any major blockers (helps to have a high floor). Breakfast room was not as clean as it could be (messy guests!) but overall a really relaxing and pleasant stay.
