Hot spring Hotels in Sanya

Hotel staff was very friendly and can speak basic English. I went early for checkin at 11:45 pm and my room which I booked was not cleaned so room was upgraded to premium room for free where sea view was good and sea can be seen 180 degrees.Beach is just few minutes walk from the hotel. I stayed in that hotel for two nights but mine bed sheets were not changed. There were some stingy strains on the floor nearby bed and also on mirror in bathroom. There was small hole in my bed sheet. There was no refrigerator in the room so I requested them to use hotel staff refrigerator to put my food. Mine air conditioner was not working well so I requested them to fix it and it was fixed. Other then that I had very good experience staying there and I would definitely recommend it to others if they work on negatives when I’ve mentioned above.

We came during May holidays although it was very quiet hotel . Clean room, big and clean pool . The beach was across the street . The only bad thing was the time of the breakfast , from 07:00-09:30 or 10:00 . We took the room included the breakfast but we never ate cause it's was very early time 🥱

This is my second stay and I am still very satisfied. The weather is not very hot. The beach outside the hotel is within walking distance to the Maritime Library. Parking is convenient and the service is warm and thoughtful. It is a highly recommended hotel for family travel. The sea view room can see the sunrise🌅

I stayed here for a week during the Spring Festival two years ago and left a very good impression. This time, my family decided to stay for 10 days. The experience was as good as always. The interior decoration is very fine, the hardware facilities are complete, the swimming pool is very large and clean, and the private hot spring is simply too comfortable. It is worth mentioning that the service is particularly good. I have stayed in countless hotels, and this is the only one where I see the service team coming to clean every day. I will be infected by their enthusiasm. Everyone is full of a happy atmosphere, which really makes people happy when they see it. The driver brother who picks up and drops off at the airport is also very kind and enthusiastic, which makes us feel very safe when we come and go. I would like to especially thank and praise Xiao Zhu, the best and most thoughtful hotel butler I have ever seen. He is serious, meticulous, patient, and enthusiastic. He does his work meticulously, responds to requests, and helps take care of things within and beyond his job. Our whole family is very moved and impressed, and it deserves 100,000 points! I will definitely stay at your house again next year!

I like this very much. It would be nice if the night vision light on the curtain control panel could be turned off. You can take a private bath indoors (no bathing in special circumstances). There is a swimming pool, children's play pool and hot spring pool outdoors. They are very clean. I saw the staff cleaning the bottom of the pool today, which is great ~ The hotel housekeepers Zhang Shangzhi, Tang Xiaocui and Wang Xiaoni provide warm and thoughtful service, making people feel at home, great👍 I forgot to take indoor photos, so here are two photos of outdoor scenery.

We booked a villa next to the swimming pool, which is convenient for watching the children playing in the water. The B&B can provide airport pick-up service. Electric cars can be rented nearby, which is quite convenient for traveling. The housekeeper is also very attentive and will remind you of the safety matters that need to be paid attention to. Most importantly, it is not far from the beach.

酒店其實是五星的。但隔壁鄰居家的狗減了一星，沒來之前看評論説有狗叫，還以為住客太矯情。住過才知道，那衹狗是真煩人啊。住了兩天，每天晚上半夜11點40到12點50之間必叫一陣。早上5點開始叫，又是一大陣。本來鄉間民宿整體環境就很靜，狗一叫喚就太清晰了，根本沒法入睡。那衹狗簡直就是衹**，衹要路過個人就狂吠，主人也不管，懷疑跟民宿老闆有過節是故意的。這狗以後得出名，住過的人評論會越來越多的，得趕緊想辦法除掉它，否則這口碑真是會倒。白瞎這麼好的民宿了，環境優雅，還有泳池，每晚6點温泉水注入。早餐雖説馬馬虎虎但也對的起這個價格。前台禮貌，服務到位。但出來玩的都是遠道而來的客人，累了一天或者好幾天了，晚上再休息不好的話，真的就很難受了。如果睡覺輕的人，基本不用鬧鐘了。。。這狗子也奇怪，白天不叫，就大晚上叫喚。清晨叫喚，都是最困的時候。另外減半星的是酒店的熱水系統可能是穩壓泵出問題了，洗澡水水壓不穩，忽冷忽熱。這個可以找個專業水工來調試一下，一般是穩壓罐漏氣了或者泵缺相了，很好修。否則洗澡的時候熱水太燙冷水太涼，沒有穩定適中的温度。畢竟三亞並沒有想象中那麼熱。還有減半星的地方就是入住贈送兩瓶飲料。但連住的話第二天不贈。這種經營理念是不對的。如果把連住分開預訂。是不是應該每天都贈送？因為都是新入住。但能連續入住的，都是粘性比較好的客户，更應該用服務維護客源。兩瓶飲料頂多四塊錢，本來挺好的服務，愣是讓顧客第二天產生心裏落差，那還不如第一天不送，然後最後一天送。當做連住用户的答謝，服務效果更好。做酒店，一是拼品質，二是拼情調。但最終拼的還是服務理念。因為覺得這家做的真不錯，不希望以後做倒閉了，就提一些淺薄意見吧。希望以後來三亞，還會入住田園河畔精品民宿。另外泳池裡的透明船是個危險隱患，同時入住的有一對小姐妹，划船的時候翻了，姐姐游出去了，妹妹被船倒扣在船裏了。小孩才1.2米多一點。幸虧我父親在泳池旁，給救了出來，否則後果不堪設想。雖説做事但憑良心不求回報，可那對孩子的母親一點也沒當回事，甚至連聲感謝都沒説，實在令人心寒。那艘船的確很容易翻，我帶孩子玩的時候都是站水裡扶着。不過拍照的確很出片，看得出老闆也是一個有情調的人。總之酒店不錯，有入睡特別沉，不怕夜晚吵鬧的人可以一住體驗。但我還是勸老闆，儘早想辦法除掉那衹狗，它跟你這店犯沖，根本不是正常的叫法，邪性的很。

Then I made a phone call before booking at 7pm to inquire about the villa situation. After hanging up the phone, I was about to make a reservation, but the price actually increased, to 2331. The price did not increase for a day. I called the merchant at around 7 o'clock in the evening and found out that the price had increased. It was really ridiculous. The villa is in Haitang Bay, and the supporting facilities are definitely not as good as those in Yalong Bay. That’s where the price comes in. It's relatively remote, so it's very quiet. The disposable slippers are very thin and not as good as those provided by express hotels.
