GGuest UserNice hotel, friendly staff. I would recommend to book the room with the seaview to feel the atmosphere of this place. Pros: amazing location, clean and tidy room, nice swimming pool. Cons: loud music from the beach clubs ( but it stops at 11 pm) ; not very convenient beach for the swimming ( low tides every afternoon and you need to walk for a long distance to finally be able to swim, but everything is perfect in the morning as water comes back). Also I don’t know is it pros or cons , depending on your taste , this beach is full of surfers though there are no waves there . If you want to study surfing it would be a good place, but if no, maybe you should choose another location. Also there is a street with cafes and restaurants just near the hotel.

My experience was soured by a few things. At first glance all appeared well, the rooms looked quite clean and the hotel looked very beautiful. However I soon found there were several issues.
The best rooms (Tub hut rooms) were next to the road. It was very noisy and hard to get a good nights rest. At the back it looks into the neighbours houses and they were doing fireworks all night. Secondly my room (V3) had a terrible sewage scent that I suspected had been there for a while, when we arrived someone rushed to the room to use an air freshener before we entered so we didn’t notice the smell early. The hotel tried to fix it with tape until I just had to ask for another room which was fine. So it seems Iike they knowingly put us in the smelly room.
Breakfast was also nothing to write home about. Most options were very small and they wouldn’t refill. I requested a fried egg which the chef grudgingly prepared. There was no tea, only coffee from a machine that didn’t work properly. It was also quite far from the beach (50 mins walk). In my opinion it is not worth the price. For over 1200 per night it was ridiculous. It was a waste of money for the time period (Chinese new year).
I had stayed at the Palace Resort before and the experience was like night and day. If you like the aesthetic then come during the off peak time when rooms are (300-700) it might be fine. The tub hut rooms are definitely not worth it.

MMarisolDoloresLocation: the hotel is very close to all the places in Houhai, it’s nearby party street. Depends if you like it or not. It is located between two buildings and most of the windows are facing walls so there is no daylight in the room. The photos show rooms full of light which is totally different in real life. There is a construction site next to the hotel so from 9:00 to late hours it’s very loud.
Room: unfortunately we have chosen a small room which was claustrophobic. It was very dark because the window was facing the wall and the entire room was super smelly! I couldn’t breathe and sleep because of the cigarettes smell.
Cleanliness: everything was clean and tidy.
Service: staff is helpful and friendly.

MM358679****This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for visiting attractions and shopping districts. Check-in was super fast, and they even recommended nearby restaurants. The room was spotless, the bedding was incredibly comfortable, and I slept through the night. The bathroom had a nice dry/wet area with plenty of hot water. The breakfast was varied, with both Chinese and Western options, and the food was delicious. They even gave me a small gift upon check-out, which was a pleasant surprise! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

AAnonymous UserThe 2-meter large bed is much better than expected. It is very rare to use disposable bath towels. It is great. The service is attentive and the room is very clean. It is a B&B worth choosing. It is very close to the scenic spots and the sea. The little brother returned it to us. Posting a guide to the surrounding area, the environment 👍👍👍 will come back next time.

HHessie...This place is absolutely breathtaking! The view was beautiful and the people were really helpful and friendly. They helped me to reschedule my stay because I couldn’t make my flight to Sanya, and they also helped me to rent a scooter. I would definitely recommend this place and will also definitely stay there again.

HHuangliliThe biggest surprise of this trip, the hotel is in a good location, about 4 kilometers away from Yalong Bay Beach. Rent a Strawberry Bear electric car and go for a ride to the beach. There is a night market with a full range of food around, and seafood is very cheap, much cheaper than the night market on the beach. The hotel has good infrastructure, and the stay is very comfortable. The bedding is dry and clean. The most recommended thing is that the hotel's swimming pool is the largest in the village, the water is very clean, and the children have a lot of fun. I must stay here next time. It is very cost-effective and highly recommended.

EE22202****Sanya is the cheapest and there are many people staying there for a long time. Everyone (about 10-20 people) shares one bathroom, but it doesn't seem to be very crowded and everyone can use it. The sanitary environment is not very good, not very picky, so lower your expectations. Can wash and dry clothes. The balcony offers views of the sea and Phoenix Island. The boss and the guests are all very nice.

LLalita VExcellent location of the hotel! First coastline. View from the balcony directly to the sea. On the balcony it is very convenient to have tea/coffee, eat fruit and make salads, in short - it is a kind of living room in the open air with a view of the sea, palm trees and sand. You leave the hotel, cross the road and you are on the beach. This is captivating) Please note that the reception in this house is on the 4th (fourth) floor, not on the 1st. For us this was new. By the way, only Chinese live in the hotel, we were the only Russians. And we really liked it. No one bothered anyone with conversations and other alleged socialization. But we were able to immerse ourselves as much as possible in the life and leisure of the Chinese. This was also captivating. The house itself is not new and the interior inside is not very modern, but everything works, everything is clean. The room was small, although the website says 25 sq.m. - this is not true)) But the bed is really big, because The Chinese consider a double bed to be 1.5 m wide - for us, this is too small. On the floor there is a kitchen, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a gas stove, a sink, and some dishes. We only used the refrigerator. Every day we bought fruits, vegetables, yogurts, ham, and other goodies. It was very convenient. In the hall on the floor there is also a huge mirror (full-length) on the wall.
Next to the hotel there is a chain grocery store, which has everything for any request. A few blocks away there is another grocery store of the same chain, but it is twice as big! Deep in the block, on each street there are many different cafes. We found one cafe with a menu in Russian and very friendly owners. Then every day we went only to this cafe, because if the owners tried with the translation, it means that we will be their clients. We tried almost everything from the Chinese menu. An interesting experience. Overall, the location of the hotel is ideal - I recommend it. You can close your eyes to the size of the room))

GGuest UserThis is mind-blowing). Keep in mind that these are apartments and all cleaning is on you. For 9 days, none of the service staff entered the room. Checking in at night is a real quest. The sign is for weaklings). Your landmark is the indoor parking. Through a translator, I got the parking security guard to tell me that the reception is on the 4th floor. You can go up there by elevator in the corner of the parking lot. The reception is empty, so I had to make some noise in the vestibule. Some Chinese guy woke up in the room and called the sleepy administrator girl. But if you have a connection, you can call the phone number on the door. The room itself is in another building. The room is pompous, with pretensions to being expensive and luxurious, but tired. It's funny). Interesting lighting modes when you click the switch several times. Comfortable bed. Clean good linen. Overall clean, but there was trash under the bed). The bathroom is ok, you can take a shower and then wash the floor at the same time). Wet - but clean). There is Wi-Fi, but I used my own Internet. The view is amazing! 28th floor. We had dinner only on the terrace, preferring it to cafes. On the 3rd day, we found a light switch on it behind the curtain). The air conditioner was barely pulling, but it coped with +30 outside. Both the air conditioner and the refrigerator turn off when you leave the room, so sometimes water would leak into the refrigerator. This is a minus. But at night everything froze well. The curtains are not blackout, but they darken comfortably. We did not understand the washing machine on the terrace, and did not risk it, the dried-out hose did not inspire confidence). But we understood the ropes, they did not allow things to fly off the hangers when the wind picked up). In general, an interesting adventure, if you are prepared for it). For that kind of money - just a fairy tale! Would I come back here again? Yes!
