I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it, especially for travelers looking for convenience and great service. The location is excellent—right next to the Fira central bus station, which makes it the perfect hub for exploring all parts of Santorini. Just a short walk away, there’s a lively street full of food stalls and local snacks. Although the hotel does not have a 24-hour reception, they are very accommodating. I informed them in advance about my late-night arrival due to a delayed flight, and a staff member kindly stayed up to wait for me until 1:00 AM. The hotel provides a secure main entrance with a passcode lock, so even if you return late at night when the reception is closed, you can still enter easily and safely. Upon check-in, I received a detailed welcome card that explained everything I needed to know about the stay, including the Wi-Fi password, breakfast hours, and checkout instructions. The self-serve breakfast was simple but just right for me—served in a clean and comfortable dining area. What really stood out was the staff. No matter who was on duty, they were always warm, welcoming, and ready to help. Their kindness made the stay even more pleasant. Overall, considering the comfort, location, and service, this hotel offers great value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect, close to everything, the breakfast was mid, hot water took a long time to run, I needed to leave water running for 10 minutes.

The location is very near the airport bus station and Fira town area. Convenient location for going to the airport or to town area.

Good location, friendly host. Not much amenities however, only the most basic necessities. They also don’t provide you with toothbrush or toothpaste.

It is very well situated near the bus station and the staff is very friendly. Simple facilities but adequate.

The hotel housekeeping was average but lacking in security as there was no staff in attendance during my 4 days stay there. There was only a cleaning lady there during the morning fr 930am. But when we came back fr our daily outings at 2pm, there were not a soul. We felt very unsafe as there was no staff around during the day or night. Guests were left unsecured in an unmanned hotel premise day and over the night. Entrance to the hotel are easily accessible as there are nobody at the reception counter. Will not recommend anyone to patronise such an irresponsible business premise.

The hotel is located next to the bus station, which is very convenient for travel; the front desk staff is enthusiastic and friendly; you can store your luggage for free at the front desk. The breakfast is good. I stayed in room 202, and the drain plug cover of the washbasin did not work well, so it could not be drained. It is recommended to repair it in time.

Location-wise, it was right in front of the Santorini bus stop, so it was very convenient to go to other towns, and the people were friendly and nice.

In Santorini, if you are not looking for a sea view room on the cliff, it is quite convenient to choose a room near the Fira Bus Terminal. There are fixed-time public bus routes to the pier, Oia, and the airport. It is also within walking distance to the town for shopping, dining, and watching the sunset. There is a relatively large supermarket nearby for drinking water and other daily necessities. The hotel itself has a good price/performance ratio.

Run! If you have booked, cancel it before the cancellation date. Save as many as you can. When you open the door, you smell a very strong aromatherapy smell to cover the musty smell, and then the hostess with a very bad attitude. You drag your big luggage up three narrow and difficult stairs to enter the cramped corridor. When you open the door, the room is extremely small and smells musty, which makes you want to vomit. You need to turn sideways to enter the bathroom door. The floor is not waterproof and the sewer smells. The balcony door is broken. There is no sound insulation when sleeping at night. The refrigerator will make noise from time to time, and the sound insulation of the windows at night is not good. This is where you should be. After living here, I feel that my life is ruined. Run! If you have already booked, cancel it quickly before the cancellation deadline. It could save someone. The door smells strongly of perfume to cover up the musty odor, followed by an extremely rude proprietress. With a large suitcase, you climb up three narrow and difficult stairs to a cramped hallway, open the door to a tiny room that smells musty and makes you feel like vomiting. The bathroom door needs to be squeezed to enter, the floor is not waterproof, and the sewage smell comes up from the drain. The sliding door to the balcony is broken, and the windows do not provide good sound insulation at night.
