They refuse to refund my money. They are keeping 100% of 5 night booking. I had to cancel because of hidden rule they have buried. I canceled 15 minutes after making reservations, & they are keeping 100 % of a 5 night booking. Including the weekly cleaning fee. That's a cash grab.
