Um ótimo local em meio a natureza, muito verde, águas termais a vontade para aproveitar e relaxar. Limpeza excelente tanto nas áreas internas quanto externa, locais para trilha, academia com vários aparelhos, muitas brincadeiras para crianças. Achei excelente a minha estadia no Plaza, só tenho a elogiar o atendimento. O café da manhã, almoço e janta são bem servidos. São várias opções de piscinas com águas termais, tanto interna quanto externa.

As piscinas externas estão com água fria, o que é muito desagradável para quem procura um hotel de águas termais justamente pela temperatura das águas. Este ano em março estive neste mesmo hotel e tinha o mesmo problema. Espero que dá próxima vez isso seja sanado .

Hotel com estruturas antigas, água no banheiro veio escura devido as chuvas mas quando reclamamos o funcionário prontamente nos trocou de quarto para amenizar o problema, a comida é boa, em dias chuvoso não tem muita atividade no hotel, então a experiência não pode ser completa.

Gostei, porem a piscina externa estava com água fria sem poder usar , e imaginamos que por ser um termas, todas as piscinas deveriam ser aquecidas.

Minha experiência foi decepcionante .....aluguei um quarto onde o anúncio mostrava uma banheira redonda no quarto e foi um quadrado de mármore com um chuveiro..........tem piscina coberta com jacuzzi onde é proibido a entrada de crianças bem desagradável ....... a comida deixa muito a desejar buffet fraco ....carne ao molho madeira temperada com amaciante ....molhos do macarao industrializados .... pouca opção para as crianças.....arroz e macarrão duros........o café da manhã é da tarde bem simples poucas opções.......não tem muito o que fazer poucas atividades e algumas são pagas a parte .......esperava muito mais de um hotel plaza.....

Em primeiro lugar gostaria de agradecer a todos ( a todos !!! ), - Camareiras, - a todos os garçons no restaurante, na piscina, na boate ......, a recepcionista e as massagistas no SPA, na recepção do hotel... enfim a todos !!! Foi uma grata surpresa esse hotel. Gostamos de tudo. Funcionários muito atenciosos e sempre disponíveis. Viajamos com os nossos goldens (Dylan e Tina) que adoraram os jardins e puderam curtir tanto quanto nós. É um local que pretendemos voltar.
