Very good location and nice rooms/amenities with a rooftop pool view

Good service at reception. Location is convenient for business travellers. Free coffee at the lobby. Breakfast could be improved. The room was quite dark, lightning insufficient.

Nice location and good service but the restaurant prices are far from the quality of the dishes.

The room is quite big. Maybe the cost of living in Chile is relatively high. The breakfast is quite simple, just simple white food. I stayed there for almost a week and all the dishes were not changed.

The room is big and the location is OK, but the area is a bit messy, so you need to be careful when you go out, and you have to pay taxes. Don't throw away the white paper given by the PDI when you enter the country, otherwise there will be no discount.

The stay was great, the scenery was great, the breakfast was very good, and I met a lot of Chinese people. The gym is on the top floor, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering mountain and city views. But you have to bring your own slippers
