Didn’t give the room which I booked, put an extra bed with king which didn’t leave any space to walk. Received baggage after an hour of check in, TV was not working.

A Standard Business Hotel with a Convenient Location **Rating:** ★★★★☆ I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Amritsar, and overall, it’s your run-of-the-mill business hotel. The location is convenient, making it easy to access various parts of the city, which was a definite plus. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, with no major complaints regarding the facilities or service. However, I did have a minor issue with my room request. I had specifically requested a non-smoking room through Trip.com, but the request was initially denied. This left me a bit confused, as upon arrival, the hotel still provided me with a non-smoking room. While I’m happy my preference was eventually accommodated, the denial of the request was perplexing and could have been better communicated. Despite this small hiccup, my stay was comfortable and met my expectations. If you’re looking for a reliable and convenient place to stay in Amritsar, the Hyatt Regency is a solid choice.

Great hotel, great food, and the most cordial staff. Special shout out to Sonu ji our guide and driver for one day outing in Amritsar, took us personally to the golden temple, didn’t just drop us outside the temple and parked the car, but instead walked us up to the temple and guided us all the way. Thank you again Mr. Sonu. And also the f&b service team were very nice.

NOT FAR FROM CITY CENTRE. ONLY ABT 10 MINS BY TAXI. CONNECTED TO BEAUTIFUL LARGEST MALL WITH MANHY RESTAURANTS, CINEMA, ETC. VERY CLEAN & GOOD SERVICE.

The hotel is located next to the main road in the eastern suburbs of Amritsar, about 4 kilometers away from the Golden Temple. There is a big Mall at the door, which is very convenient. Facilities: The room is slightly small, but well-equipped. The bed was well supported. The internet is fast. The sofa is very comfortable. The wardrobe is larger. Irons and hair dryers are standard. The shower has a large flow of water and a stable temperature. The disposables given are of moderate quality.
