Excellent location and good view of Empire State building from our 22nd floor room window. Breakfast was very good as well. We enjoyed our 4 days stay here.

Great location

The most expensive and worst Hilton I've stayed at recently. The room is understandably small, since it's in midtown Manhattan where every inch of land is worth a lot of money. But there was always a whistling sound from the wind in the room. Later we found out that it was the window that was leaking. At the same time, the noise from the air conditioner was so loud that we had to raise our voices to speak. On the first night, the hotel said that because it was the night before Christmas Eve, there were really no rooms to change, so we had to make do with it. The solution was to block it with a cardboard as shown in the picture. Then they suggested that we turn off the air conditioner. On a night with sub-zero temperatures, they asked us to turn off the air conditioner! We changed rooms the next day. The wind sound was gone, but the air conditioner noise was even louder. I hardly got a full night's sleep in four nights. It was terrible.

The location is convenient, Fifth Avenue, Empire State Building, Times Square and Central Station are all within walking distance. The room is clean and the front desk is friendly.

The location is very good. There is a subway entrance right outside. It is very close to Ktown and it is very convenient to walk anywhere. The hotel is average. It is a little expensive during New Year's Eve, but it should be good during normal times. It is just a bit old and the room is small. It can only be said to be suitable. Compared with New York hotels, this location is very cost-effective

Booked two rooms for a total of 9 nights. The air conditioner broke on the first night. It was late December and the hotel staff couldn't fix it. It blew cold air all night. It was fixed the next day. I asked for toothpaste countless times but they didn't give it to me. On the day of check-in, black people had a party on the first floor. The whole floor was full of ** smell. On the fifth day, they had another party and it smelled like ** again. I was really impressed. The location is OK, but everything else is really terrible.
