Excellent location and good view of Empire State building from our 22nd floor room window. Breakfast was very good as well. We enjoyed our 4 days stay here.

Hotel need to improve their internal communication, they do not hv my record that the booking already included b/fast until the 3rd day !

The hotel is located in a quiet area, just next to Fifth Avenue. The facilities are a bit old, but neat and clean. The luggage guy in the lobby is very professional.

The most expensive and worst Hilton I've stayed at recently. The room is understandably small, since it's in midtown Manhattan where every inch of land is worth a lot of money. But there was always a whistling sound from the wind in the room. Later we found out that it was the window that was leaking. At the same time, the noise from the air conditioner was so loud that we had to raise our voices to speak. On the first night, the hotel said that because it was the night before Christmas Eve, there were really no rooms to change, so we had to make do with it. The solution was to block it with a cardboard as shown in the picture. Then they suggested that we turn off the air conditioner. On a night with sub-zero temperatures, they asked us to turn off the air conditioner! We changed rooms the next day. The wind sound was gone, but the air conditioner noise was even louder. I hardly got a full night's sleep in four nights. It was terrible.

As expected of a New York hotel, the room is too small and you have to be smart to find a place to put your suitcase. The location is very good, the subway is next to it, the bus is not far away, and it is no problem to walk to nearby blocks. The breakfast is simple.

Great location, super convenient!

The hotel's surroundings are good, close to the train station, and there are many delicious shops around. It's less than 5 minutes' walk from Nanxun Xiaolongbaozi Shop. The hotel is too old and smells a bit strong. There is a utility box in the room, which made noise in the early morning and woke us up. The hotel staff handled it promptly.

I highly recommend this hotel. First of all, the location is excellent. It is within walking distance to PENN and the Central Station. The subway and bus stations are close at hand. Even in winter, you can still walk to Times Square and Broadway at night. Secondly, there are many Chinese restaurants around. The ones on 36th Street, 39th Street and Third Avenue are recommended. Thirdly, the hotel service is very good, the waiters are friendly and enthusiastic, and the breakfast is also good. I really like the hotel, not only convinient in place, but also outstaning in friendly attendants.

The location is convenient, Fifth Avenue, Empire State Building, Times Square and Central Station are all within walking distance. The room is clean and the front desk is friendly.
