Hotel Hórreo by Bossh! Hotels

Location: Many users mention the hotel's excellent location, being close to places like the Cathedral de Santiago, the old town, town centre, etc.

I was injured on the camino and decided to move forward to Santiago and leave early. I booked this hotel through ***********. I figured based on the pictures, location and price that it would be a lovely place. I was charged €247 for a single room, one person staying. It was easy to find and well located. When I arrived the staff were super nice and got me into my room early and were very helpful. That was where the joy ended! The room was clean and the bed was ok. The wifi wouldnt connect in my room unless i stood at the end of the bed near the door. The TV didnt work and every time one of the rooms above flushed the toilet or used any water it sounded like the water was passing through my room as the pipes were clearly not noise insulated. The furniture was tired and the rooms so poorly soundproofed that I could hear the conversation in the room above mine, in detail! This room wouldnt have been bad for €90, i had much better hotels along the camino for much less money! I feel ripped off.
