Holiday Inn Express Santa Rosa North Reviews

Front desk service was fine. I was not able to obtain my IHG points because I booked through a third party. This should not matter. Front desk did not tell us that there would be a breakfast in the morning, included. So I wasted time looking for restaurants nearby, only to find out when I went downstairs to check out that there was indeed a breakfast. The bathroom sliding door was off its track. Houskeeping should have noticed it and made arrangements for repair. I took the initiative to force the door back into the track. I am a retired facilities management guy. Did not sleep well due to extremely soft mattress, pillows too fluffy (I like flat), and noise from the adjacent freeway.

First time in this hotel, it is clean and spacious. The only downside is that there was a fire alarm went on around 10pm due to a drunk couple turning on the fire alarm. Then all of us need to go down to the hotel lobby and stayed over 15-20 mins for nothing.

Hot breakfast , clean and comfortable eating areas. Staff are very friendly and helpful, clean environment and rooms. Located in a small town with random homeless people on the street when you walk outside.

Changed policy, no locals allowed and they don't tell you until you check-in.

Overall, it was average. It was a short stopover, so there were no major inconveniences, but the room was very small. It felt very stuffy. Other than that, it was fine.

The bed is too soft and the road is a bit noisy
