Stayed with my boyfriend for one week. Easily the best week of my life. They were extremely friendly, the food was amazing and they cleaned our room everyday unless requested not to. The area was relatively nice and the spa was amazing. My boyfriend speaks Spanish so he translated for me but other than that the staff was willing to use my phone to translate. Prices for the food and alcoholic drinks were fair and not outrageous. Staff was willing to accommodate a romantic dinner on the rooftop terrace (for an extra charge that was reasonable) and the experience was amazing. 10/10 would recommend. No complaints here.

I read many mixed reviews prior to going and was conflicted. I was very happy I went. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. They were ready and willing to help. The room is not as big as the picture demonstrates, I had the room with the balcony(recommended) the room was very clean. The Hotel is very clean and well maintained. The food is absolutely delicious, 5 stars, excellent value. We enjoyed time in the 5th floor pool, the bartenders will bring your drinks to you in the pool. The beach club restaurant had outstanding food, the seafood was fresh. The gym is fully stocked with all workout equipment, I worked out everyday. I highly recommend. Negatives; only one luggage rack in the room, clothes storage is limited, everything closes at 9:00 pm, including the pool and restaurant you must eat early, by 8:30,

We paid 720k pesos for 2 nights, we were reimbursed half because just after entering the room we ran out, the photos both on booking and on Google are a farce and edited, the facilities are neglected, the old paint without maintenance, the tv screen in the small room, the pool in the lobby with a cream of dirt, Deceptive photos and the best thing perhaps is that being close to the beach for those who stay can spend it outside since in the hotel they get into depression.
