En general todo salió excelente, la ubicación, la atención del personal, las instalaciones limpias, los desayunos con variedad de comida, muy cerca a la playa, etc. Nos sentimos muy bien atendidos y sin duda volveríamos. PDT: Lo mejor de todo fue jugar Bingo y ganar dos de los premios que tenían :)

Recomendadisimas las villas para compartir en grupos grandes y familia. También pudimos hacer uso del hotel y del club de playa frente al mar. El club de playa no tiene mucho solo una terraza pero es comodo para salir, darse una ducha, quitarse la arena y tomar algo frente al mar.

Un hotel con mucho potencial. Las habitaciones limpias y cómodas sin lujos pero cumplen su función de servicio y atención. Playa cerquisima. Destaco el servicio de su personal, desde el servicio de limpieza hasta el restaurantes. Jorge en el skybar y cindy en el restaurante del desayuno. Buen hotel familiar.

No es una buena relación calidad precio
El hotel es suficiente , tiene lo necesario pero no es el más cómodo ni el más moderno, las camas no son muy cómodas, teníamos la ducha con el sifón tapado y las instalaciones en general están un poco descuidadas. El desayuno es regular y el servicio de los huéspedes no es el más amable. Todo esto teniendo en cuenta que el precio no es económico,
Por ende se esperaría una mejor calidad

El hotel en general es bueno, pero está muy descuidado, las instalaciones no tienen el mantenimiento que necesitan, el desayuno para el primer día está bien, pero más no porque es muy básico, incluso optamos por salir a otro lado a desayunar. En general no lo recomiendo pues está muy descuidado. El personal es muy amable, ojalá inviertan en el hotel para que no se deje caer pues está muy bien ubicado, en una de las mejores playas de Santa Marta.

Muy buena ubicación
Pros: Un lugar muy bonito, staff muy educados y atentos. El desayuno excelente. Buena ubicación para la playa. La piscina muy limpia.
Contras: La construcción se ve un poco vieja, limpia pero gastada. Los aires acondicionados hacen mucho ruido, el control del TV no funcionaba.
