Hotel excelente, para quem tem criança é uma boa opção, não é adults only. Estrutura excelente. Café da manhã com muitas opções, pensão completa é uma boa opção. Praia nui blui 10 min de caminhada.

Family of 4 (2 children under 10) had a great holiday here. Cleanliness number 1. Rooms lovely with good beds. Blackout curtains a plus. We were half board. We loved the breakfast, spoiled for choice. They allowed us to swap dinner for lunch which was ideal as we wanted to go explore in the evenings. Gorgeous marina 15 mins walk away. Went to two beaches both about 20 mins walk. Good supermarket 5 mins walk away. Would absolutely stay again.

We had the best time and well needed R&R. We upgraded to a swim up room on arrival which was the best decision ever!! The hotel is just brilliant and the people who work there make the experience 5 star not 4. The food is brilliant and such a wide variety at breakfast/lunch/dinner. Thank you Tropic Garden for making our 2 week holiday so so enjoyable

Just returned from a ten day stay. We were very disappointed in this hotel as it was not a cheap holiday. We had paid to upgrade to a sea front suite. Our room(1177)was indeed on the seafront and had a lovely view but that was the only good point. The ‘suite’ was very dated and had a musty smell. The bathroom was desperately in need of upgrading and was cramped and grubby. The bedroom was also cramped with no space between bed and walls and nowhere to sit and get ready in mornings/ evenings. The whole ‘suite’ was sparsely furnished and not inviting. Food at hotel was quite good but quality of wines poor. Pool areas nice with plenty of sun beds available while we were there. One tip if you don’t like being around children don’t book this hotel as there were lots of small children there which led to the dining areas being very chaotic and noisy at both breakfast and dinner. Overall we had a very disappointing stay.

Couple Just returned after 8 nights in the Tropic Garden. We were offered an upgrade (additional cost), we viewed the room first, 1374, it's a stunning room and balcony, amazing panoramic views with jacuzzi, day bed and seating area. Best money ever spent ! The hotel staff from cleaners, receptionists, chefs, bar and waiting staff were extremely friendly. Myself and my husband found the food to be excellent, in particular breakfast ! Very good variety of food and certainly something for everyone. We are a couple in our 50's so cannot comment on the childrens activities provided, but certainly the kids look happy. Evening entertainment quite good. Only a 15 minute walk to the Marina, which we did every morning and some evenings aswell, such a beautiful place. We would highly recommend the Tropic Gardens and would certainly return in a heartbeat. Thanks to all the hardworking staff, Jocelyn and Eddie

This year was our 5th visit to the Tropic Garden Hotel, and this year was every bit as good as previous years. We love everything about the hotel. The whole place is spotless. The food is very good with plenty of choice. We see the same staff year after year who are all friendly and welcoming. I caught up with Jordi this year, previously on reception, but now doing a fantastic job as Subdirector ( deputy manager) , chatting with Jordi is easy as he has perfect English .

We don’t normally write reviews, but I wanted to take the time to write about our positive experience at this hotel. The reception staff were always attentive and very pleasant. The food was exceptional and there was lots of variety. My children, especially like the robot ! Rooms and communal areas were kept clean. I especially wanted to mention the entertainment team who clearly put in a huge amount of effort to provide such a wonderful entertainment program. My children adored Rocio and cried when they left. The only issue we had was with the lady who was in the pop up shop, we bought a little bag for my daughter and after a day an ear fell off. We asked if she would swap it and she was extremely rude and refused to swap it. It was stuck on with a tiny bit of glue. My daughter was shocked that she was so rude. I’ve fixed it now at home. We hired a car for the duration of our stay and there was never any problem parking outside the front of the hotel for free. If we ever go back to Ibiza, we would definitely consider this hotel again.
