No human touch at all. I booked 8 hotels, not counting the many times I booked rooms with you before. This time, I booked a wrong room for one night. I communicated with the hotel as soon as I found out. I could cancel for free on earlier travel dates, but not on this night. I communicated with the hotel repeatedly and proposed many solutions, including changing the date, but they still refused.

The service attitude is very bad. A *** wearing glasses. I saw a Chinese person checking out. He was still queuing in front of him. When he checked out, it was just past 12:01, but he still wanted to charge him for the overtime fee. The person begged for a long time, and the *** didn't charge the overtime fee.
The hotel is located in a remote area. There are no shopping malls, supermarkets or restaurants around that are convenient for living. I won't stay here next time.
