Aparthotel Nereida

Were do I even start , hotel is nothing short of disgraceful it is so unclean me and my partner had booked Saturday 23rd August until Saturday 6th September but booked an early flight home on Thursday 4th September to get home and away from the boring and minging hotel . I will give the bar staff there kudos they are lovely and always chatty so kudos so the woman and younger guy and older guy . Reception are very rude and make a song and dance about phoning a taxi and their attitude absolutely stinks . We were in our room for 12 WHOLE days and maids didn’t change our bed once even tho we’ve asked multiple times all she does is mop around items and close blinds . Food is average at best there is hardly any options and canteen area is tiny . Breakfast is same every day lunch changes some days but is terrible and dinner is alright maybe 2 days out of 7 not good enough for the price they are charging . Entertainment don’t even get me started there is 2 shows out of the 7 days one on Sunday which they start late and finish after 45 mins then on Monday they started late again by 17 mins and finished 30 mins later disgraceful . The pool is vile you can see sand at the bottom and they just don’t bother cleaning the pool all they do is hose down the seating area maybe 3 times a week at a push . The side of the pool is so rough it hurts your skin and also the pool is far too deep and you can’t just stand and chill without fighting for your life . The dirty marks in the room are vile there was a fan from the previous people staying here and the cleaner had put it on our table as if it was ours she must’ve cleaned under the bed for once. We found dirty marks all over toilet and the placement of shower is for the first time in my life in the middle of the wall instead of at either side and the shower curtain fell off day 1 we mentioned it to reception and they shrugged shoulders so must be a normal thing as the curtain was hanging on for dear life . Toilet pan hasn’t been cleaned since we arrived there is thick dirt obviously from built up urine all around the toilet seat which isn’t just days old!! Bed are also 2 single beds and are so uncomfortable and rock solid and you wake up with a sore back every morning . Sunbeds by the pool are always plastic and are the worst sunbeds I’ve ever lied on . Me and my partner always holiday all inclusive and have yet to have a bad experience at a all inclusive holiday in the 3 years we have going together but this has now changed as this hotel as opened our eyes and made us learn that we need to look into hotels more before we book ALL IN ALL THIS HOTEL IS A 1 STAR NOT A 3 STAR AND IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE DONT BOOK IF COMING TO IBIZA AS PRICE IS SHOCKING FOR WHAT YOU GET

We stayed in Nereida as a party of 3 and it was perfect for us! The apartment was a big enough space for us all and there was good cooking facilities and a dining area for when we were self catering. The bathroom was also lovely and big and the shower had really good water pressure. The balcony was also a lovely size for us all and there was a rack available to hang wet towels and clothes. We had a breakfast-only option and the breakfast was absolutely delicious! A big buffet with a huge variety that was regularly topped up and kept fresh. We enjoyed eating here every morning. It is a really good location in san-Antonio as there is lots to explore in the area and it’s also easy to get to other parts of the island via bus or taxi. For the price this place was perfect and I would definitely recommend

Room very dated and dirty with mould in the shower was so much better when I spent a couple of hours cleaning it ! We didn’t complain as we arrived the day when we received phone alerts for storm Alice The kitchenette was not really a kitchen with a double hob out of the ark we had crockery and two saucepans and two frying pans no utensils No kettle provided but you can hire one (we took a travel kettle) very strange!! The fridge was broken and had no door inserts and the bottom inside seal was disgustingly but again we cleaned it ! The light outside our room wasn’t working the whole 8 days and we had several bulbs /lights not working in the room The door into the bedroom was hanging off it’s hinges so we woke each other in the night using the bathroom Bed ok but could have done with a blanket as only a sheet and a throw that was thin Strangely the safe deposit boxes are in the reception not big enough to hold a laptop which was probably our most valuable asset cost €5 per day so not cheap!! The pool was freezing and very deep and the drain smell around the pool was bad Staff were friendly The only day we sat around the pool a group of young lads were swearing and diving in the pool the lifeguard did nothing a chap who was at the pool asked them to stop swearing and they calmed down for a little while There were only a couple of nearby restaurants open and Indian and cafe pirana both were great Breakfast was good although we only went twice (our choice) No parking for our hire car we had to park in a wasteland not close to the hotel The beach are was pretty nasty with the walkway into the sea very unstable We had a lovely view but had to pay more for a sea view and the neighbours (not sure if a hotel) were loud most nights Overall we enjoyed our time but very quiet with the clubs shut even the supermarket across the road shut on the first day we were there are didn’t reopen again Would we stay here again? No sorry

We had a lovely room overlooking the pool and the sea, beds were a tad firm, decent sized room, good shower and noisy air con, we found the ceiling fan worked better for us. Clean towels every day. We found all the staff to be very friendly. The pool area was lovely and it was great to watch the sun setting on an evening. I found the food to be well prepared and there was enough choice for me. We was half board plus and the wine and beer was very drinkable. The wine and beer from the bar were good and they made a lovely Baileys coffee. My only negative was that we found parts of San Antonio Bay to be derelict with lots of empty restaurant/bars which was such a shame. We would recommend a meal at Relish restaurant which is just off the Main Street. Great food.

We were a little anxious prior to the holiday due to some of the past reviews but we need not have worried. The room was spacious, cleaned everyday. The food was plentiful and a good selection and quality we enjoyed every meal e had and it was hot. The drinks were a good selection and local varieties good quality . The pool area kept clean and tidy and sunsets just beautiful, all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The day before we came home I had a diabetic seizure whilst in the pool all the staff helped my husband get me out , called for an ambulance, and gave lots of reassurance and support throughout to both myself and husband , we cannot thank the staff enough for the care and compassion that they showed us during this stressful frightening time .

Very good, brilliant location friendly staff had a surprise my wife’s birthday a bottle of champagne and two glasses my little one love the swimming pool the hotel is a bit dated but very clean. The food is quite nice and full of choice and the beer is good as well.
