1、這個酒店的燒水壺都臟這樣了，打電話換個新的，前台不給換，説不影響燒水；
2、這在二樓，一個窗户開關換了，一個窗户裂了。我都不敢出門，怕別人翻進來偷東西；晚上和早上噪音擾民吵死了；
3、這個枕頭臟成這個樣子；
4、廁所裏一股反臭的味道，這個酒店太差了，攜程還標記為2星；
5、現在攜程平台上啥酒店都有，描述和照片都不屬實，太坑，根本沒法住。

設施：設施維護到位，老店，但是保養維護的好，床鋪質量有保障，睡的舒服。出差必住。
衞生：衞生打掃認真負責，清新乾淨的佈局。
