This was a bit of a mixed experience. First impressions were not positive as the front of the hotel was untidy and rubbish was stacked outside. Our room was a decent size and clean but at the front of the hotel by the busy main road, which was very noisy well into the night. The pool area is very small and some of the sun loungers were broken and unusable. There is a bar but it didn't seem to be open when we were there. All in all, didn't feel like a four star hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful though.

Beautiful building and a lovely, friendly hotel. You will be 10 minute walk from the centre. Be aware that although they offer free parking there are only 15 spots. You may be asked to find a spot on the street as we were. Also if your room faces the street there will be constant traffic noise. The town is wonderful with many great places to eat.

Ideal location for visiting Sanlucar
Very interesting and sympathetic renovation of an historic building. Our room (which I think was one of the most basic) was of generous size, well-equipped, and stylishly decorated.
The welcome and all subsequent attention form the staff was fast, efficient, and friendly.

Nos hemos alojado varias veces en este hotel cuando visitamos Sanlucar y seguimos encantados. La recepción perfecta, el joven recepcionista: educado, atento y profesional. Nos asigna la habitación 408. Estupenda. Prácticamente todo nuevo, camas con sus edredones, baño , toallas y salita con televisión. Habitación aboardillada que le da un toque campestre , muy agradable .Todo escrupulosamente limpio. La relación precio calidad,insuperable. En definitiva, para nosotros el mejor hotel de la comarca a un precio imbatible. Y a tomar tortillitas de camarones a la plaza del cabildo….😜😜🍷🍷

Buena ubicacion y personal estupendo, pero no merece 4 estrellas ni en broma. Las habitaciones estan descuidadas y llenas de desconchones, además de suciedad evidente en los muebles. Armario con sensor y luz inutilizados ... Aire acondicionado muy ruidoso. La luz en el baño es muy pobre, está escasamente iluminado. Otro detalle es la altura del inodoro, es incomodisimo. En la habitación se notan mucho los ruidos de los pasillos y de las habitaciones de alrededor. Otro aspecto negativo es el desayuno, nunca he visto nada parecido. Buffet pobre no describe la realidad. Eñ café malisimo y poca variedad de todo. A destacar que el primer día los arándanos tenían moho!!!!. Ah, en la habitación la caja fuerte es inutilizable porque está a ras de suelo. Para no repetir jamas.
