Eigentlich ganz schönes Hotel, jedoch bin ich mir nicht ganz sicher ob die Unzulänglichkeiten Zufall waren oder auf das junge unerfahrene Personal zurückzuführen sind. Ankunft im Hotel 18:30 komme aufs Zimmer Balkontür sperrangelweit offen (Außentemperatur = Innentemperatur 0°), Zimmer ausgekühlt. Trotz voll aufgedrehten Heizkörper Temperatur nicht über 10° angestiegen.
Am nächsten Tag gegen 17:30 auf dem Zimmer angekommen, Balkontür gekippt, Zimmer ausgekühlt waren jedoch nicht 0° sondern 5°. Ergebnis eine schöne Erkältung mit nach Hause gebracht.

Alles perfekt zu geringem Preis im Vergleich. Zum Skifahren direkt an der Piste gelegen. Es gibt Rabatte beim Skiverleih. Für abendliche Entspannung im Spa-Bereich, Workouts im Fitnessbereich und Spieleabende im Loungebereich inkl. Verpflegung sehr gut geeignet. Zimmer sind auch gut geschnitten und praktisch eingerichtet mit Balkon. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, auf Extrawünsche wird eingegangen. Gerne wieder!

Das Hotel hat alles was man braucht. Es ist alles einfach gehalten ohne unnötigen Schnörkel. Die Zimmer sind einwandfrei u. schön. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, die Mitarbeiter alle sehr freundlich u. hilfsbereit. Skilift zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Die Buchung war nicht richtig registriert, erster Schock bei Ankunft. Bei einem Zimmer war das Zimmerschloss defekt und man musste den ersten Tag jedes mal an der Rezeption Bescheid geben das man ins Zimmer will. Am zweiten Tag wurde das Zimmer getauscht. Das Zimmer 2024 wurde nicht sauber gemacht. Bei der Abrechnung war wieder ein Fehler trotz mehrfachen Hinweis wurde für das getauschte Zimmer nur eine Nacht abgerechnet und im Nachhinein als meine Enkelin die Zimmerkarten abgegeben hat musste sie die zweite Nacht bezahlen. Im Prinzip nicht schlimm, aber ich hatte den Mitarbeiter mehrfach darauf hingewiesen und er hat versichert es stimmt alles. Der Ärger ist, dass ich meine Enkelin eingeladen hatte. Wir waren schon öfter in eurem Hotel, aber ich denke zukünftig nicht mehr.

Abwicklung: für die Stornierung des 2. Zimmers 80% abzurechnen ist eine Frechheit! das 2. Zimmer wurde 2 Tage vor Anreise storniert und die Tatsache, dass Ihr Haus nicht ausgebucht ist, stellt keine Grundlage für diese höchst kundenunfreundliche "Maßnahme"dar. Hotelüblich sind Stornokosten am Tag der Anreise. Die Aufmerksamkeit konzentriert sich jedoch darauf, so schnell wie möglich abzurechnen (am liebsten gleich beim Einchecken, ohne das Zimmer gesehen zu haben, was man bekommt) Frühstück: Das Frühstücksbuffet war schon um 7.30 Uhr "leergefegt". Ich musste während meiner Frühstückszeit ( 7.30-8.30 Uhr) 2 mal das Personal bitten Fehlendes aufzufüllen. Zimmer: die schon üblichen Nachlässigkeiten: - undichte Duschbrause - Staub auf den Flächen und Kanten, die nicht so oft benutzt werden - wenig Liebe zum Detail Gesamteindruck: obwohl das Haus relativ neu erscheint, ist schon relativ viel Verschleiß an stark frequentierten Bauteilen erkennbar, offensichtlich auch wenig Kontrolle und wenig Interesse dies zu überwachen. (Wacklige Türgriffe und lose Teile sind oft mit wenigen Handgriffen wieder instandgesetzt und verleihen einer Immobilie einen zuverlässigen Gesamteindruck)

Bin vom Konzept überzeugt, Immer wieder je nach Bedarf in ein Explorer Hotel zu fahren. Habe die Vorzüge und unkomplizierte Buchung wie schon mehrmals wieder genutzt und hat alles toll geklappt. Diesmal sogar mit E-Auto Ladesäule genutzt. Vielen lieben Dank und weiter so.

Skønt hotel for aktiv-ferie
Pænt hotel. Rigtig gode faciliteter for cykel/vandrerfolk. Egen cykel kan låses inde. Ved ankomst dejligt at baren var åben, så vi kunne nyde en drink udendørs på den store terrasse med skøn udsigt til bjergene. Desværre lidt langt at gå til Sankt Johann.
