We had a great time at Sundial! We did a day pass twice on vacation. The amenities were top notch! The service was top notch as well! They had fun activities for the kids and the adults. The woman who was in charge of the activities was great and all had fun with her. We had one small issue with noseeums which was new to us and they let us come back another day and gave us some tips for the bugs. Colleen was fantastic and did a great job making sure we were happy!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sundial Resort! It was the perfect place for our family—there’s truly something for everyone. We spent our days between the pool, the beach, the amazing Shell Station, and fun games of pickleball… and still didn’t get to do it all! Breakfast was delicious each morning, and we especially loved relaxing with a poolside lunch at Turtle’s Tiki Bar—great food and even better views. The whole experience was relaxing, fun, and full of special memories. We can’t wait to come back!

We saw this property online and it looked beautiful - just what we wanted right on the beach. We stayed in the two bedroom condo with a partial ocean view.. the condos that are oceanfront are still under reconstruction from hurricane Ian. When we checked in our room wasn’t ready. We went to the pool area and enjoyed some ice cream from the snack bar down there.. we finally got our room a little after 4 PM. We stayed in room F 101. It’s a nice room, but definitely not the view I was expecting. There was construction going on the beachfront condos. They start at 7:30 AM.- this would be a fun resort for families. They had a cute pool area and a nice beach with a ton of shells..

The room was located far from the main entrance. The condo was first floor, it was very clean, simple furniture, very limited kitchen items, no blender, no Keurig. No washer or dryer. Very dark no windows, just a large sliding door in living room and large sliding door in bedroom. The bedroom had a king size bed, the bed was up to my waist, had to request a step stool to get in the bed, I am 5 Feet tall. That was fun…. Bathroom was good walk in shower. There is no signage of how to get more towels. The there is some type of sump pump that went on at 3:00 am it was so loud it wake us up. That was it we left that day. Called to make dinner reservations left message to be called back, that didn’t happen.

A very nice resort with very friendly and courteous staff throughout. The condo we stayed in must have been recently redone and it was light, bright and contemporary; however, the floors looked clean yet they were filthy. My feet were totally black after walking barefoot around the condo! The rest of the condo was very well kept. We ate at the Captain's Table one night and it was fine. Do the Early Bird Special 4:30-6:00PM, if possible. Skip the Seafood Chowder (thick with flour, very salty and not much flavor. The Sirloin Tips were tasty and so were the shrimp tacos and the shrimp with linguini. The regular menu looked a tad pricey (the other restaurants even more so) and the $20.25 we each paid for our early bird meal was more than enough for the quality presented. Had we ordered off the regular menu we would have been disappointed. A nice venue though with an outdoor patio overlooking the ocean. Expect to pay top dollar at Sundial. A facial was $150 plus tax and tip. If you like to stay out of the sun it is difficult although you can ask someone at the rec area to set up more umbrellas by the beach for more coverage and they will do that for you, no problem. The 3:00PM Bingo at the pool disrupts an otherwise relaxing time. The hot tub is hot and the jets strong so that's good. Over all, we enjoyed our stay.

My Husband and I chose to get married at Sundial this past weekend and I can't say enough good things about everything. Tiffany and Amber literally made our vision come to life. From the very beginning touring it to all the details and emails back and forth for eight months planning it to the day of, they were on top of everything and went above and beyond. The setup was perfect, the cocktail hour was amazing and the food and reception was more than we could have dreamed of. I can't recommend this hotel, the staff or the experience enough!

We always have a great time when we go, and we did this time as well. However, we could not plug anything into any of the outlets without blowing a fuse. We tried all the outlets, bathroom, bedroom, living room. They all blew. So it was very frustrating. Other than that, we had a great experience, the resort is beautiful!

Were able to book a 4-day trip to Sanibel and Sundial has done an amazing job of rebuilding. Crowds were a little light during the weekdays but picked up on weekends. I don't think this trend will continue as Sundial appears to be back and complete. We were able to go to some of our favorite restaurants as well as new ones. No complaints with old faves or new restaurants on the island. It was great to see the pickle ball courts full as well as bicyclists which weren't as prevalent on our last visit just this summer. Sanibel continues to impress with its recovery from where it was one or two years ago. Comments that it isn't what it was, well that may be a long time coming, but the re-growth of vegetation and by residents, guests and business owners is nothing short of amazing. Keep it up! Can't wait to return.
