服務人員態度很好，酒店距離城區有一定距離，自駕更加適合，環境很不錯，可以看到羣山美景，早晨可以看見日出，晚上睡覺也很安靜，還能泡温泉，温泉浴池也有多種選擇，蒸桑拿，美中不足就是隔音不是太好，吃東西的話酒店裡麪可選擇的不多，過點了需要去別方

Het was een geweldig hotel. Personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam, we hebben nog nergens zo vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel gehad. Kamer was groot en schoon.
Zwembad had een prachtig en magisch uitzicht over de bergen.

設施：餐廳晚上6點沒有餐食，需步行十幾分鍾到酒店附近的農家樂點餐，入住時沒有告知6點後不供應晚餐也沒有告知提前電話預約訂餐，走過去6點等到7點半還沒有吃到飯，孩子餓得不行
環境：自駕入住需走一段驚險的盤山公路上山，新手上路有點難度，白天比較安全不建議晚上到達
服務：前台服務真心糟糕，配錯房型我們有浴缸🛁還想拖延時間讓我們去看看衹多了個浴缸讓我們接受普通房型，那我為什麼要多給錢訂浴缸房而不直接訂普通房？錢多也不是讓人糊弄的，最後給我們換回有浴缸的又配一個電話機壞的，也是醉了（而且入住餐食和設施服務時間都沒告知，各種等和自己找解決辦法，也是服務差到極點）
五星級的體驗一點沒感受到，本來挺不錯的酒店被服務拉跨…配錯房耽誤我們一個小時不升級就算了，還要我們原價接受降級的房型（不退差價也沒有補償服務）無語至極的處理方式…不發火以為客户好糊弄

先説説自己的直觀印象：酒店深處桑植大山中，環境優美，酒店內設施齊全，且很乾凈，早餐以當前的價格而言，標準中規中矩。客觀評價：酒店在山裡，距離桑植高鐵站開車需要四十多分鐘，酒店附近可選擇的用餐地點很少，如果錯過酒店的用餐時間，就尷尬了，建議多自備些乾糧。酒店泳池在户外，建議把泳池的衞生管理做一下提升。
