"We spent only one night at this hotel and truly enjoyed the experience. The location is great, overlooking the mighty Mekong. The staff is friendly and professional. The hotel is brand new. It has a pleasant modern feel with beautiful decoration. The swimming pools, also overlooking the Mekong river, are lovely – what an absolute pleasure after a wonderful day of discovery of the area! Our room was spotless clean and comfortable with a good en-suite bathroom. The restaurant on site serves delicious food. Breakfast was excellent. We would definitely consider staying again during our next visit to Nong Khai. Highly recommended!"

It far exceeded my expectations; to find such a beautiful hotel with top-notch facilities in a Southeast Asian country was amazing. The lobby staff were very professional, could communicate in Mandarin, and check-in was smooth and quick. The room hygiene was excellent, and there were even robots delivering items to the room (something I rarely encounter in other Southeast Asian hotels). In short, this is my top choice for accommodation in Laos."

"The location isn't great, and the hotel lobby, hallways, and elevators were a bit dirty with people smoking everywhere. The bedding was comfortable enough and the room was quite spacious, but I kept wondering if this was really a legitimate hotel. There was a group next door singing karaoke and drinking, which made for a really unpleasant experience. I wouldn't recommend staying here."
