The cottage features reversed living accommodations with a queen-sized bed and private full bath downstairs utilizing beautifully appointed local materials and direct access to the walk-out deck to bask in the sunshine or take a dip in the refreshing plunge pool.
Upstairs features a fully equipped, full-size kitchen that invites you to cook and prepare all of your island foods with an unparalleled ocean view and deck with outdoor dining and gas BBQ. With a half bath upstairs, full sized washer and dryer and queen-sized pull-out sleeper, Coconut Cottage allows arrangements for your children or friends to join you in this unique getaway, vacation rental.
The cottage is fully equipped with linens, WiFi, ceiling fans, AC, and Smart TVs.
Rinse-off the salt water in the outside shower and enjoy the shade of the coconut trees and Caribbean breezes while lounging poolside. Adjacent to the plunge-pool is a casita featuring a full sized futon and powder room for additional flexibility with your accommodations.
The property is just 20 minutes from the airport and Coxen Hole and is fully gated.

Perfect location
Great house right on the beach. Clean,safe, simple and everything you need. We stayed there for a month and enjoyed the pool and snorkeling right in front. Lots of cats if you are a cat lover!

Property is beautiful, house and pool are great. One downside is a kids marching band practiced on the beach aways down every weekday from 12-5. The same spng too. Kind of annoying. Not sure if there's a school or random practice. Not at all the homeowners fault. Just fyi.

The property is very clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed our time here. Only thing I would change is for the main bed to be softer. Communication from the host is very good.

Coconut Cottage is sheer perfection
This house in Sandy Bay really does have it all. It is clean and beautifully decorated. The pool is great. The separate pool house/casita doubles as an additional bedroom with bathroom. The property is fully fenced and gated. It is right on the beach and the sunsets are magical. The reef is a short kayak ride out from the house and the snorkeling is great. No need to book a snorkeling excursion because it's right there in front of you for free. The house is in a local neighborhood which is great if you want to be immersed with the locals and they are very nice indeed. And you are still only a 15 minute drive to West End and West Bay. Lesly the host was especially great.

Quaint Beach Cottage
We loved our stay at Coconut Cottage and would absolutely stay here again! The location is very quiet (minus some temporary road construction), lots of docks to snorkel off of and a reef that is booming with life, kayaks and pool were great amenities, and the house itself was perfect for a couple. Not too big but plenty of room to cook and relax in. Washer/dryer were really nice too.
Most restaurants we went to were in the West End, about a 10 minute drive away, but we were looking for something off-the-beaten path so it worked very well for us. Thank you for the amazing stay!

We enjoyed our stay at the beach front cottage. The place looks just like the pictures. The ocean is great for looking at and you can go on long beach walks.
The bed was confortable and we were thankful we had AC.
We enjoyed the pool daily.
Close to drive to west end and west bay.
Kyaks were a nice extra activity.
Be sure to have lots of bug spray. Lots of mosquitos and sand flies.
We had some little issues but everything was taken care of promptly.

2nd time staying here - perfect - few times a day I go out to the reef with the kayak which I tow behind me. There are always several dive boats right out front showing that this is the place to be. I love the privacy and quiet yet still with close access to West End and West Bay. The cooling pool is a plus - I wouldn’t stay anywhere else

Great stay in Roatan
The cottage was great. Off the beaten path location, nice and quiet. Right on beach, beautiful reef a couple hundred yards offshore. We really enjoyed the pool and the kayaks. Snorkeling was perfect, clear warm water, saw squid, barracuda, puffers, and beautiful shallow reefs. Great scuba operations nearby as well.
The location made it easy to drive to both west and east sides of island. Shopping and restaurants not far away. This choice worked really well for us.

Lovely spot
House is very nice with beautiful views and sunsets. Pool is key as it’s not a great swimming beach but the snorkeling off the reef in the distance is nice. We had a few issues with the house the first few days— no fault of the owner whose local team dropped the ball. Once settled in we had a lovely time
