Room was clean. I liked the kitchen area. We were able to cook our own food. Nice touch having a microwave, fridge/freezer
The shower invigorating due to good water pressure. The bed was comfortable. Ideal after our 11 hour journey.
I would highly recommend.
NB it would be great if the accommodation would warn the prospective guest to have a refundable cash of 200 Rand ready upon check-in.

We had to go to Johannesburg for a night since my wife had an appointment with a specialist there. It was a last minute booking. The hotel was easy to find. They scan your drivers licence before you enter the secure parking area (that is a good thing). The receptionist was very kind and helpful. What a difference it makes when the receptionist makes you feel welcome. The room was very clean and well equipped with every kind of appliance you would ever need. Despite the fact that the hotel is located right next to a busy road, the room was exceptionally quiet ( you could only hear the gentle hum of the air conditioner fan). On the negative side…the shower is uncomfortably small. The toilet seat was beyond repairs. This could have been replaced easily before we arrived. The cheap kettle did also not switch off when the water boiled. The two lounge chairs are showing signs of heavy wear. We brought the toilet seat and kettle to the receptionist attention when we checked out, and she apologised and immediately brought it to the attention of Maintenance…excellent. Would we go stay there again…certainly.
