Stayed here the night before a very early flight out of RIC. The young lady at the front desk seemed very confused when we arrived. We had checked in through the app ahead of time, and only needed to pick up our key. At first she couldn't find our reservation in the system. When I told her we had checked in online, she eventually found A key in a box on the side. We went to the room, unloaded our stuff, then were going out for dinner. I noticed the name written on the back of our room card sleeve was not mine. So I stopped again at the desk....and turns out she had given us the wrong room key, so we were in the wrong room. She didn't really know how to fix that and her response was basically ”oh well”. Fortunately I kept pressing to get it corrected, and the Manager finally came over and made the change. Luckily, no other guests showed up that night in our room, thinking it was theirs.

I stayed here one evening as I had to leave out of Richmond Airport the next day.  I scored a deal that allowed me to stay the night here and park my vehicle in their lot for a week, which worked out well.  The lady who checked me in was fast and friendly.  The hotel looks pretty nice and was very clean, so was my room.  The pressure from the shower was probably the most I’ve ever experienced and it felt great!  The bed was nice and comfy.  My room was quiet and decent.  Overall, this was a decent visit.  I could see staying here again.

Felt like a 2 room apartment with the sitting area and office desk in a separate room from the bed. Very spacious and up-to-date decor. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Will certinly stay here again.
