Clean and well located. Breakfast was good with omelette and pancakes and hard boiled eggs (although everything is wrapped in plastic). Staff was nice. However, the bathroom sink was clogged and the mattress felt old and not very comfortable. Overall a bit dated.

There was not breakfast available and we did come within the time for breakfast.  There was no one around to ask if there was more food to accommodate us and  several other guests who also arrived for breakfast .

We stayed for two nights in a first floor room.  We picked the motel as they accepted dogs ($75/night for a dog).  They also charged a $150 deposit that you don't get back  without a delay.  We were not satisfied.  We stayed in room #105.  It had a bad odor from the floors, sink and bathroom.  There were only enough towels for one person and only one bar of soap.  There was no blanket on the bed...only a bedspread that was synthetic and too hot and a sheet.  The room was obviously old and had a bad odor.  The bed was comfortable but small.  We requested a blanket and were given one with a large stain in the middle so we had to have another provided.  There were no amenities such as you usually find in other motels.  The soap provided was in dispensers on the wall in the shower (all were either empty or almost so)  which made washing anywhere but in the shower difficult.  They advertised morning breakfast.  We found primarily cold cereal, bagels that had to be heated and not much else...certainly not what we expected.  We were provided with only one roll of toilet paper and had to go to the front desk to get another.  The front desk does not answer the phone at night as it's always busy.  The alley behind our room was busy with cars and people most of the night and is the entrance and exit for a fast food place adjacent to the motel.  The hallway smelled of dog urine near our door.  The lobby looks nice but if the room we were in is an example of other rooms, they do not reflect what you see when you walk into the lobby. Two nights in a row, we had people throwing balls for their dogs right at our bedroom window...at midnight...causing our dog to begin barking.  I'm typing this just after arriving home after our visit.  I would not recommend this motel at all.

This is by far the worst hotel experience I have had in my entire life. Starting from the rude staff to the disgusting room to the difficulty of getting cancellation for my second night! Starting from check in the girl at the front desk was so rude and lying (saying there were no more rooms although it mentioned otherwise on their website and expedia or booking, the exact same room! This ended up to be the manager). Ended up getting a disgusting room with spider webs on the bathroom walls, food on the floor, stains and holes on the sofa bed mattress, holes in the curtains, candy wrappers in the tissue box, even the tv remote was missing buttons. There was paper work in our room in the bathroom when we checked in!! So obviously this room was never cleaned before we set foot in it! (Even the lobby had old face masks on the floor, which seems not only the rooms are never cleaned but also the halls and lobby!) We went and told the manager and she said sorry and thats it! We felt disgusted in this room, unsafe and we spent a horrible night trying to get through with expedia to cancel the second night because we were not sleeping a second night in this! The hotel and expedia both gave us a very hard time over this, both mentioning that the other has the upper hand and we didn’t sleep even a couple of hours. I paid for a worst night ever and even then when I cancelled the second night the hotel insisted that they were never contacted by expedia and expedia is saying the oppositie. Such a terrible experience. I would not ever recommend this hotel to anyone and especially if you have kids!!
