Everything is great but the location is quite far away from city centre in Suzhou

The Kempinski Hotel Suzhou, situated at an unparalleled location by the scenic Jinji Lake, boasts exquisite surroundings and unparalleled elegance. Its service is meticulous to the finest detail, fostering a deeply comforting ambiance. The breathtaking scenery of Dushu Lake, in particular, elevates the hotel's quality to new heights, captivating guests and leaving them in a state of pure bliss. During these two enchanting days, I was immersed in the unparalleled comfort and leisure provided by the hotel, every moment filled with joy and contentment. This exceptional experience has filled me with earnest anticipation for a future reunion. Especially noteworthy is the impeccable service of Emma, the red-clad lady of the house, whose attentiveness knew no bounds. I sincerely hope that in the not-too-distant future, we can gather once again at the Kempinski Hotel Suzhou Jinji Lake to pen more heartwarming and unforgettable chapters.

The room is huge and luxurious, and the most important is the view, the room face to the lake and it’s beautiful.

Went there with with my friends and the hotel is amazing, location wise Ok, the only issue is it really takes time to drive in.

We went there for a birthday of our friends' daughter. It was held at their brewery. We had a very good time. The hotel is nice. It's a bit pricey, but overall is worth a shot

I had a very good time in Kempinski :))) Although I was there to only Study for my important exam away from my family for 2nights, all the staffs were kindly and eager to help what I needed. Also, the request I made before checking in was all reflected!! I experienced Muchen Spa the last day and MSC massage was really goooood :))) Also the food in the executive lounge was good enough as a dinner :) I would like to come back again with my family.Thank you guys for the wonderful memory.

The front desk staff was very friendly and cooperative, and the room service they were good as well and very polite The breakfast food was ok, dinner buffet food was way better but the Season's Restaurant dinner buffet staff were kinda rude by whistling to each other to stare at us as foreigners which made us somehow uncomfortable during our dinner. overall it was a pleasant stay and it was comfy and quiet with a lake view, I believe this hotel is great for families more than for couples.

Beautiful sprawling hotel area near the lake. Room and entire hotel is beautifully designed and cleaned by the staff. All staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay again when in Suzhou.

Nice hotel for location. Spectacular lobby. View of the lake was amazing and off the beaten path. Room was a bit on the older side, but clean. Breakfast was probably the most disappointing. Limited service and food only ok. Expected more.

Undoubtedly the best hotel I’ve been. Highest standard of service, excellent breakfast, amazing location in Suzhou. If you’re looking for a place to relax I highly recommend Kempinski hotel. 5 out of 5!!!

The hotel is very beautiful with a nice garden and a private lake. Hotel check-in was very smooth, the staff did their best to meet our need. As we were celebrating our anniversary, the Hotel prepared a cake for us and delivered to our room. We really loved that kind act from them. The Buffet dinner is only open from Friday to Sunday, though it was not a problem for us I think the hotel should think about some guest who don’t know the city. For hotel check-in we were lucky to have King Jin and Selina who helped us with a beautiful room with the lake view and Selina was very responsive by sending the iron to our room. I have a big appreciation on the second day for Abel Cheng, the concierge who rented the power bank for me to use outside But Abel also gave us some direction in the city, he was fully available to respond. On the last day, it was Yolanda Yu who extended our card for a late check-out as our train ticket was scheduled at 5pm. Breakfast was very well coordinated with Jason, he took good care of our baby. Overall I will say that our stay was superb.
