A very beautiful resort. Everyone was very friendly, very courteous, very accommodating. Reception was friendly and helpful. Room was very luxurious, and equaled expectations.

Stayed for 5 nights. Overall experience is below expectations: hotel is not that modern, pretty old fashioned, renovation is needed. There are no curtains in the rooms, therefore, those who are sensitive to light in the morning won’t get good sleep. No sleepers, no bathrobes, no shower gel (only shampoo and conditioner). Relatively noisy from external blocks of air conditioners. Breakfast is probably the biggest disappointment - need to wait in a queue to be seated, the area is quite small relatively to the number of rooms, food selection is pretty narrow, but delicious. Gym is fine. Personnel is very kind, polite and nice. Hotel offers the chaise lounges on the beach; distance to beach around 10 minutes in calm walking. During this travel we stayed in another two hotels too, trust me, for this price you can find more balanced offers - major questions are to the facilities.

We enjoyed our stay at Hennan Lagoon. The hotel's location is good since its 5-10mins walk away to the beach... the pool is super nice, we enjoyed swimming and lounging by the pool side. The staff were accommodating and very courteous. The room is cleaned everyday and the towels are changed daily. The breakfast is also superb! I can say that staying in this hotel is so worth every penny you pay...

I’d say consider going somewhere else. The pool is great, but the room has terrible WiFi. Based on other reviews, this is a common problem, but the front desk seemed clueless and had no useful answers. After I burned all my sim data on an important video call because the WiFi wasn’t functioning, the front desk sent me to 3 different places for new SIM cards. Unfortunately, none of them sold SIM cards and it was a huge waste of time. “Where can I buy a new SIM card?” Should not be a tough question to answer in a hotel with bad WiFi. It’s a 5 star hotel! I expect excellent WiFi and service. Our first room had terrible air con. After 8 hours, it didn’t cool off and they had to bring in a fan. This property has lots of potential but it’s clear that ownership is cutting corners. The front desk is poorly trained, and I blame their supervisors. Shout out to Angelica though. She actually has some talent and was helpful.

Room was nice and hotel staff gave as quiet room as we traveled with toddlers... Hotel has two swimming pools, nice breakfast and decent gym. The best about this hotel are employes itself, all of them were so kind and always there to help you upon your request, trying to make your stay as best as possible. To the beach you need less than 10min around. Bad thing were small ants that we had in our room at the table and terrace, but they were super small :))

It’s an excellent resort to stay at, extremely clean, the staff are amazing. It’s located a short walk from the beach in station 2(the busiest of the stations) but gives you access to a lot of restaurants, bars, great breakfast spots. The WiFi in our room was bad. Not very modern but value for money nonetheless.

We had a fantastic time all in all the pool the service the breakfast was just marvelous. Staff are already friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious. The bathroom was up to the mark very clean very nice and quite spacious as well. We love the rooms. we love our location Although we didn’t have a seafront beachfront view. We had a pool view which was perfect, and and the food was just delicious. They catered to both native and western dishes so all in all we had a fantastic day. Would love to stay at the same hotel when I return to Boracay

While my stay at this hotel had some positive aspects, a few notable issues detracted from the overall experience. Upon arrival, I encountered persistent problems with the room’s card key system. After being issued two card keys, neither worked to unlock my room door, regardless of how they were used. When I returned to the front desk, I was told—incorrectly—that I must have deactivated the keys, even though they had been in my hand for less than two minutes. The staff reactivated the keys, but they still didn’t work. A housekeeping staff member attempted to assist me, confirming the keys were faulty and using their own master key to grant me access. Despite this confirmation, the front desk staff seemed skeptical until they heard directly from housekeeping, which I found frustrating. Additionally, the room’s sliding door had a noticeable gap that would not close properly. This became particularly problematic on a windy, stormy day, as the door rattled, pulled apart, and emitted a loud whistling noise. My initial request to have the door fixed resulted in housekeeping advising me to “press as hard as I could” or simply tolerate the gap. After enduring the noise for one night, I requested a room change, but the new room also had a gap in the sliding door. Again, I had to insist on a solution, which seemed like an inconvenience for the front desk staff. That said, the dining and housekeeping staff were outstanding—friendly, accommodating, and professional. These teams clearly prioritize guest satisfaction, which was a redeeming aspect of my stay. Unfortunately, the front desk service, particularly from one male staff member, left much to be desired. In summary, while some areas of the hotel staff excelled, the front desk (specially the male reception member) team could benefit from additional training in customer service to ensure guest concerns are addressed with care and urgency.

The room is clean and most of the staff were friendly, it's just one staff in the dining area named "Tony", I'm not sure if that was just his way of working, but it feels like he was slamming the plates and doesn't really greet the guests. Most of the food for the breakfast buffet were too salty (meatballs and the grilled pork). There was also someone working in the room besides us, sounds like someone is using a hammer, should've waited for guests to check out before working in the other room. It has been our second stay at a Henann Hotel and I admit that they never disappoint me in terms of hotel cleanliness and amenities. Great job Henann. Looking forward for my third stay. Keep it up.
