If you are looking for a place to sleep and an excellent location for a cheaper price than the surrounding hotels, this is a great option! However, I had not stayed in a pension before and I didn’t realize that we would be sharing a bathroom with 5-6 other people.
The workers were polite, professional and accommodating! They provided coffee, tea and water.

Brilliant location, right in the heart of old town. Clean rooms with everything you could need. Pet friendly too! Will definitely be back .

We had a great last minute stay here. Right in the heart of it all. Very clean, & convenient! Even though the washroom was shared there was no issue, and the bathroom was clean, and spacious.

Un accueil formidable et comme amical des deux hôtes! Tout est bien pensé. On se sent bien dans notre petit cocon. Juste le goût d'y retourner un jour et à tout le moins, de recommander chaudement l'endroit! Très propre, super bien décoré et de belles attentions envers le client.

Des del primer momento, Rony se ha mostrado atento y muy servicial. La Pensión Gurtxu está en pleno casco antiguo. Lo mejor es que se encuentra en una calle con pocos bares, donde no hay aglomeraciones por las noches. Hemos dormido sin ruido, además los cierres de las ventanas son nuevos y con doble cristal. La pensión se trata de un segundo piso con ascensor. Esta super limpia, reformada, ordenada y en cada habitación hay agua, cafetera, tazas, 2 toallas por persona, nórdico, televisión, espejo... Las camas son cómodas. En total hay 3 habitaciones, cada habitación con su llave. El baño es compartido, pero no hemos tenido problemas de espera para usarlo. Esta muy limpio y reformado. Puedes encontrar mapas y además Rony te manda un WhatsApp con recomendaciones gastronómicas muy acertadas. Gurtxu es espacio muy cogedor dónde voy a quedarme cuando vuelva a San Sebastián. Gracias por todo!

Idéalement placé au cœur de la vieille ville, excellente isolation phonique, 3 chambres propres et confortables avec cafetière Nespresso, bouilloire. Frigo, bonbonne d'eau et micro-ondes dans la pièce d'accueil des chambres. Salle d'eau (avec WC) commune aux 3 chambres nettoyée tous les jours. Accueil attentionné des animaux de compagnie (friandises). Entrée et sortie automatisée. Prestation conforme à l'annonce excellent rapport qualité-prix.
