This hotel is absolutely wonderful. My husband and I stayed 6 nights in San Sebastián October 26th-November 1st 2024 and loved every minute of it. The hotel is clean, quiet and the staff is wonderful! Kattalin was amazing!! She was so helpful, kind and went out of her way to be sure we were taken care of. I would highly recommend staying here. Thanks so much Kattalin!!

It is a very centric hotel with outstanding staff and service,always willing to help any way they can. The hotel is pretty modern with a balcony and a very good mattress. The only lacking thing is the safe and cooler air conditioner setting. 21c is not cold enough when warm outside. San Sebastian is a expensive town.

Excellent staff and simple clean rooms make this a great choice at this price point. Located in the Gros district, it is a 10-15 minute walk to the old town and 5 minutes from Zurriola beach. We would stay here again if we came back to San Sebastián.

One thing you can't accuse Bed4U of is false advertising -- they do indeed offer you a bed, and it's a comfortable one. Our room, however, did not have a coffee/espresso maker, shampoo, or a blackout curtain, none of which are deal breakers, but I also would not classify them as luxury amenities, especially if, for example, they offer free coffee in the lobby (they don't). That said, our room was clean and we ended up with a nice patio, too -- although the rain prevented us from using it. The daytime front desk person, Catherine, was remarkably helpful and pointed us to a good breakfast.

Wonderful room! Quiet and clean. Friendly front desk staff who offered restaurant recommendations when asked. They held onto our luggage after we checked out so we could spend more time touring the city. Central location - close to Gros restaurants and Old Town and beach. Would definitely return!

The hotel is (or feels) brand new and the decor is simple yet nice and clean. No more, no less than what you need. The room is just as in the picture and very spacious. The towels are very fluffy. Lots of restaurants on the doorstep and around the corner. Super short walk to the beach and short walk to Old Town too. The staff is nice but could offer some suggestions for those visiting the first time to have an even better experience.

I know that it is no hotel, only hostal. BUT despite daily cleaning there was a lot of moldiness in the shower, the bathroom and the bedroom. Towels were tatty and holey. Even in a hostal I expect clean towels.

Myself and various members of family stayed here over a 3 week period while my husband was ill in hospital. Staff very caring and helpful. Very comfortable with relaxed place. Rooms spotless. Just a short taxi ride into town or to hospital. Very reasonable prices. If it hadn’t been such a traumatic time. Would have had a wonderful time. Highly recommend.
