I had high hopes based on the photos and description, but the reality was far from it. The lobby smelled musty and the room looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned. I honestly have no idea how this place has four stars. From start to finish, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

Great location for exploring St Sebastian. The team were excellent - very helpful, proactive, professional and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The apartment had great views over the mountain - could have used an umbrella on the patio for some shade!

Super mooie appartementen met fijne ligging. We hadden een 4 persoons appartement met balkon. Het appartement is het heel ruim en super schoon en luxe ingericht. De gastvrouw Clara ontvang je super vriendelijk en helpt je met leuke tips en adresjes. We hebben een aantal heerlijke dagen in San Sebastian doorgebracht in dit fijne. Hotel appartement.

The building and apartments are very sleek & modern looking, great design. Secure car parking was excellent. At reception we met Clara, so lovely and helpful 5* Service, thank you. Clara was very helpful with local amenities, city restaurants and the local bus service which you will need to get to the city. Taxi was around €14 one way. The apartment was very spacious and had everything you could need. Replacement standing air con units worked well if a little noisy and only other negative is this points to perhaps certain areas are becoming a little tired. Would I stay again, yes X

Apartamento muy cómodo y moderno y con una preciosa vista de las montañas. La limpieza general del apartamento estaba ok, pero podría mejorar. El personal de recepción muy amable. El entorno es muy seguro y con buenos servicios cerca. No está en el centro, pero en coche es muy cerca y fácil de llegar. Sería ideal que el dormitorio principal tuviese cortinas (el segundo dormitorio si cuenta con ellas) ya que entra bastante luz al amanecer.

Sin duda la mejor opción para hospedarse en San Sebastián. Nuestra segunda vez en Irenaz Resort. Cerca del centro, dispone de parking gratuito, transporte público y supermercados a 5 minutos. El apartamento amplio, luminoso y muy tranquilo. Lo mejor de todo la atención de Clara. Muchas gracias por hacernos pasar unos días maravillosos en San Sebastián. Volveremos seguro!!
