ベッドは快適だが、収納がイマイチ、キッチンは広め。街の中心から歩いて30-40分掛かるが、レアルソシエダのホームスタジアムからは徒歩15分位で、24時近くに終わる試合観戦には丁度良い立地だった。宿泊者の年齢層は高め。スタッフは親切。歩いて10分くらいにローカルバルはあったが、周辺にお店などはあまり無い。

パーフェクトです。
バス停と駅は直ぐ近くにあります。
女子専用のドミトリーは、有りません。
トイレ、バスもミックスです。

Nos hospedamos con mi pareja y su hijo que es universitario. La habitación privada era para cuatro pero nos la asignaron y fue bastante amplia y bien cuidada. El personal es super amable y en general el ambiente es tranquilo. El parking no es privado, te estacionas en los espacios que queden libres justo fuera del hostel (cuando nosotros llegamos habían 2 vacíos. Justo en la acera del frente pasa un bus que lleva al centro de San Sebastián y el traslado no toma más de 20 minutos. Tienen una cocina común por si quieren preparar algo o sentarse a comer y con lavadora de ropa también.

The fact that they keep to themselves forgotten items, even after they agreed to mail them to the guest domicile and guest agrees to pay the shipping fee.
I'm still waiting for my expensive sunglasses, even after I contacted the person in charge a couple of times .THAT'S NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL,, I have never experienced something like this. And I call that "THEFT".

This was the worst hostel experience I've had so far. We stayed for 3 nights in a 5-bed room and all the top beds were shaky and unsafe to use. I took videos and it is scary. We notified the staff at the reception and she just waved it off with "No pasa nada" and left mid conversation. There was also fungus on the ceiling in the bathroom

Horrible
Son flexibles en la entrada y te atienden muy amablemente. Contrariamente, no hay control a partir de las 20h. Los huéspedes gritan, cantan y ponen lavadoras. Los baños están bastante sucios. Las paredes de las literas tienen muchas manchas de roce. Respecto a la temperatura de la habitación era horrible y no tenía ventilación ninguna porque la ventana no se podía abrir totalmente. Para acabar, las sabanas tenían manchas y agujeros.

Nos animamos a conocer la fiesta de San Sebastián/Donostia eguna con amigas y aprovechamos a pasar una semana en la preciosa ciudad. Estuvimos super agusto en Balea Hostel, muy muy recomendable: limpio, bien comunicado, nos encantó la zona, y muy buen ambiente. El trato excelente, super majos! Gracias! Repetiremos en el 26! Aupa Donostia!
