Excellent, spacious apartment. Everything we could want plus underground parking. Fabulous location and views. Will definitely use again if we come back to the Basque region. High recommend

Great place to stay!
We loved this place. Highly recommend it. If you don't like the hussle and bustle of city life, this place is so quiet and relaxing. I would come back here again.

Fint boende i utkanten av centrum.
Strulig incheckning då vi inte hade fått länk för incheckning trots påminnelse. Väl där så till slut kom vi in i parkering och fick rumsnyckel efter ca 25 min i telefon med ansvariga. Rummet var superfint, hade allt vi behövde. Busshållsplats nära, likaså en supermarket. Allt som allt väldigt nöjda.

Hieno huoneisto kaupungin reunalla. Alue rauhallinen. Huoneisto erittäin puhdas lattiaa lukuunottamatta, joka oli roskainen. Ilmastointi toimi hyvin. Tuoksuttomalla pesuaineella pestyt vuodevaatteet, joka iso plussa. Mutta huoneiston pesukone tuoksui voimakkaasti pesuaineelle ja tarjolla oleva pesuaine voimakkaasti tuoksuvaa. Joten emme voineet sitä käyttää.
Siivousvarusteet oli valmiina.
Astioita oli vähänlaisesti, mutta hyvin pärjäsi näillä. Sängyt vähän narisivat, mutta olivat mukava joten saimme nukuttua. Piha alue on vähän karu. Muy mala experiencia, no recomiendo este lugar. Nos dejamos olvidado un libro electrónico en el apartamento Mantulene y al parecer desapareció. En 3 semanas no recibimos ninguna llamada, ninguna revisión, ninguna gestión real: no buscan, no tienen protocolo de objetos perdidos, no se responsabilizan de nada. La atención al cliente es nula y solo dan respuestas automáticas. A esto se suma un precio altísimo para un servicio deficiente: ducha insegura y sin adaptación para personas con movilidad reducida, desperfectos en el apartamento, malos olores y falta de equipamiento básico (enchufes, enseres de cocina, iluminación para la noche o mantas). Gestión pésima, por lo que dan cero confianza. Me he sentido estafada.
