It was a very nice and pleasant experience! The location is perfect for relaxation and comfort! The hosts were very attentive to details, giving you the feeling that you are part of the family! The food was delicious and the wine was excellent!! If you want to enjoy a glass of wine, this is the ideal place! Thank you very much for everything you did for us! You are wonderful! I will definitely come back!

Der Internetauftritt sollte entsprechend den Voraussetzungen angepasst werden, damit man erhält, was man erwartet. Keine Minibar, d.h. bei 38 °C keine Möglichkeit mal ein Getränk zu kühlen. So ist man für jedes Wasser auf Restaurant oder Supermarkt angewiesen. Dass es kein Telefon im Zimmer gibt kann man sicher im Zeitalter von Handy verschmerzen, aber wenn ein Safe angeboten wird, sollte er auch vorhanden sein. TV nur italienische Programme , war bedauerlich, weil Olympiade lief und man nicht mal am Abend einen Blick drauf werfen konnte. Leseraum bestand aus einem abgeschlossenen Bücherschrank. Als Hotelgast keine Privilegien im Restaurant, Plätze waren besetzt, mal das ganze Restaurant blockiert für ca. 15 Leute zu einem Probeessen??? Na dafür gab es eine gemütliche Osteria um die Ecke. Es gibt Hotels mit mehr Service für die Gäste!!! Schade.

Booked hotel through a certain wedding planner charged 130euro per night for basically a 2* B&B which is widely avvailable for approx 70 euro on the web RIP OFF,Had wifi advertised but asked not to use as was needed to run business,breakfast scanty,plumbing left a lot to be desired and could not get lunchtime drink because resteraunt took priority only good thing in truth was the view dont stay there if you dont have a car we spent fortune on taxis

Location incantevole, nonostante sia in ristrutturazione e con le impalcature si coglieva già la bellezza del posto, che a breve sarà ancora più bello. Abbiamo fatto la degustazione vini abbinata a calici, piatto a scelta e dolce. Tutto molto molto buono, una nota di merito alla gentilissima ragazza che ci ha spiegato benissimo i vini, gli abbinamenti e quant’altro. Personale molto gentile, colazione ricca e ben fornita, sia dolce che salata. La zona si raggiunge abbastanza facilmente e nei dintorni si può arrivare a molti luoghi di interesse. Torneremo sicuramente!

Ottima struttura con vista sulla Valpolicella. Camere tutte di livello. I proprietari sempre presenti. La degustazione dei vini è stata un' ottima esperienza. Anna alla reception veramente professionale. Torneremo presto.
