Big rooms, comfy bed. Nice big pool area. Average food, average drinks, quiet area. I witnessed the night security man pushing guests and been very aggresive towards some guests on an evening. I spoke to reception who were not at all interested in this which alarmed me as they thought it was ok, which it was definitely not ok. A few of the all inclusive options not open yet. Entertainment staff excellent. Reception staff not helpful. No sign of any management on the floor. I could not recomend this hotel based on my experience.

The area where it's located is removed from the hustle and bustle of Tenerife, very close to the southern airport; planes fly by every 10 minutes. I stayed in a one-bedroom apartment for four people (two of us slept on two very uncomfortable sofas). The apartment was large with a kitchen and terrace. It was fine; it's cleaned every two days; mine was only cleaned once in five days. The evening entertainment is terrible. The pool is average, with no extras. The food (I had half board) was very basic and repetitive, of low quality; drinks are included in the menu. I agree with other reviews that it's really a 3-star hotel, not a 5-star hotel. For value, I give it a 5-6 out of 10.

I liked the room since it has a bathtub and shower, there is a kitchen, the service, and the pool, but the bad thing is that the gym opens very late, the spa too, and there is no information about the buffet and restaurant to organize yourself, You have to ask everything at reception, they should also have water to drink in the room... it is very important!

The atmosphere of this honest remains family. Simple but user-friendly. Like every hotel there are positive points and other negative points. The positive points : - 10 minutes from the airport, - 15 minutes from the tourist beaches of Playa Los Americas or Cristinos, and the “holiday” atmosphere of towns like Costa Adeje, - quite a few places to park nearby (note: hotel parking 7€) - theme evenings every evening, in “camping paradise” mode, - the bartender's cocktails: top and wide choice. Reasonable prices. - The size of the rooms, spacious and practical for a family. - Reception staff, friendly and accommodating. One of the receptionists spoke a little French which was a plus but the others, including Javier, were very friendly. - The swimming pool: certainly not heated but you get used to it quickly once you're in and it's big enough, I think... Shallow, 1.40m at the most, appreciated by families. Just one downside, uncivilized people leave their cigarette butts lying around in the planters, which is a shame. The negative points, yes there are even a few 🙄. - Few nature excursions around the hotel... - The decor is very neat and pretty in the entrance, the patios, the swimming pool area but is even a little "old-fashioned" among other things in the rooms and the dining room. - The auditorium is nice with lots of photos of stars but the “warm, Iberian” colors make it “Vintage”. - The additional costs are not given (30€/night/room for the change of room that we requested and 10€/person for breakfast.) I don't know about the rest... - Another inconvenience: the nauseating odors at certain times of the day or in the evening... And unfortunately, the hotel can't do anything about it because I think it comes from the nearby golf course or from a something that looks like a sewage treatment plant. So, it doesn't last all day or night... or maybe my nose is used to it but it's still a shame for the hotel. And disturbing for residents. - Lack of socket next to the bed. Bedside lamp, 1 socket so it's not possible to charge your cell phone at night. - Planes pass by during the day but this is not disturbing at night because at max at 11 p.m., there is no more traffic so at night, it remains relaxing even.

The room is large and has a kitchen for cooking, but it is old and has poor sound insulation. When sleeping, you will be woken up by the sound of boiling water next door.
