FALTA DE HUMANIDAD....Una Desilusión: tuvimos un inconveniente con el hijo de una de las personas q íbamos a viajar el año pasado. Habiamos reservado 5 noches y pusimos una seña de $ 112.500. Nos excepruaron la estadia hasta octubre, conseguimos reprogramar viaje para 1ros dias de noviembre y les pedimos por favor, solo una noche y abonando incluso alguna penalidad y me dejeron q no. FUE MOTIVO DE INTERNACION DE UN MENOR Y LES PASAMOS EL COMPROBANTE!! tanto el hospedaje de cafayate como el tren de las nubes y demas traslados, comprendieron la situación y nos reconocieron al menos parte de la seña que no fue poca. Son 112.000 pesos q es casi el doble de lo que hoy cobran ( 73.000 cabaña standar) pedimos solo 1 noche de hospedaje para conocer el complejo...una pena....nos dijeron no rotundo. El gerente Sr Figueroa, no tiene empatía.

Nos alojamos en una cabaña para 6 adultos. Todos los ambientes muy amplios y cómodos. La cocina muy completa. La ropa de blanco en muy buen estado. Hay un quincho con varias parrillas para compartir con su vajilla completa. El jardín muy prolijo y con varios juegos para los niños. Las piletas y jacuzzi en óptimas condiciones para su uso. El museo del automóvil es bellísimo, digno de ser visitado. El lugar para desayunar amplio y el personal súper atento. El desayuno es muy básico pero de buena calidad. El horario 8:30 nos pareció tarde para salir de excursión y no desayunar. El personal de recepción muy atento y claro en las consignas y condiciones del uso de las instalaciones. Las cabañas están muy lindas pero para verano faltaría aire acondicionado y un tendedero. Volvería a alojarme en ese lugar.

Lindo lugar para ir con niños, un parque agradable, buenos juegos, piletas con toboganes, se ve un paisaje muy lindo, bien ubicadas. Puntos a mejorar es la cábaña del vagon, realmente no funcionó como esperábamos cuando hace calor es imposible estar dentro lo mismo cuando hace frío. Pasamos por los 2 climas y no estuvimos bien, además está pegado a la ruta por lo que el ruido se hace sentir. Lo mismo con el desayuno es algo básico mucha panadería.
