The stay was disappointing as we had no water on the first night and the second day no hot water. We request a full refund of the stay, as this are the most basic services to be provided at a hotel. Looking forward to a resolution at your earliest. Regards, Nicolas

NEFASTA experiencia. Los camareros no atienden bien, malas actitudes, los plazos entre plato y plato son más de 35 minutos, la comida que ponen es pura bazofia, mala calidad y poquísima cantidad, la camarera hispanoamericana que nos atendió no sabía lo que era una Fanta Zero, ahora entiendo porque los ciudadanos que viven en San Lorenzo del Escorial nunca van a este sitio. NEFASTO todo.

Hotel céntrico y con solera, a dos minutos del Monasterio. Habitación con climatizador, buen cuarto de baño y cama cómoda. Y silencio absoluto. Ideal para un fin de semana o vacaciones en la sierra madrileña. El bar-restaurante de la planta baja, bien surtido. Precio razonable.
