Manny who was on reception when we arrived was very helpful and the person in the morning was the same but I forgot his name. Stayed one night to get cruise next day. Hotel reasonable standard but not as reflected in pictures however for the price I paid, cleanliness and helpful staff I would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Superb staff. Great location. Complimentary lobby bar for guests open 24/7. Nice rooftop area. Some umbrellas on the roof would be nice. We'll definitely stay there again.

Hotelito muy coqueto a unos pasos de la plaza de colon. Ubicación perfecta, trato del personal inmejorable y habitaciones espaciosas (salvo el baño que, en mi opinión, necesita una buena reforma).

Loved this place and cant wait to come back!!! The staff, especially Dayanara, Manny, and Felix, were so kind and welcoming of me and my friends. The room was just what we needed but we spent most of our time on the amazing roof top or chatting around the 27/7 open bar 😉. The staff gave us great food and bar recs close by too.
