很漂亮的酒店，雖然在老城，但是乾淨整潔舒適，服務也很不錯。距離古堡綠地也很近。周邊很多餐廳，這裏拍照也很出片。

We have had an incredible stay at El Palacio. Edgard has taken well care of us at the restaurant and gave us great tips on special spots around the island once we leave Old San Juan. There is definitely a nostalgia aspect and love being able to walk out of the room into a long palace like corridor. We had a great time enjoying the roof top area late at night just enjoying the breeze and the view. The moon was stunning above the infinity pool. Jaysha was a delight as she greeted and took care of us as we checked in. This was my first time staying at the Palacio in Old San Juan and we have definitely loved it.

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and had the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. The hotel is beautiful, the staff were remarkable, the food and drinks were first class and the rooftop views are top tier. I’d like to give a special shout out to a few of the staff members - Kiara, Aaron, Carlos, Armando, Rachel, Nancy and chef Gabby.

Loved staying at the Palacio Provincial in Old San Juan! This place was amazing! We spent 7 days at this beautiful location. The hotel was excellent, the staff was amazing, and the location couldn’t have been better! I would like to recognize some of the staff for their professionalism and friendliness: Andrea from the front desk reception was outstanding, made us feel welcomed, and offered help beyond what was expected! She also provided assistance to schedule tours of the area which we used. From the restaurant I would like to acknowledge Kiara and Edgard. They were both friendly, prompt, and helpful. They definitely went beyond what was expected. They also provided helpful tips about the area.
