聖胡安的酒店普遍偏貴。這家算是性價比比較高的。硬件可以，步行10分鐘以內有超市、飯店，還可以到海灘邊享受另一個Marriot提供的遮陽傘和椅子。每天有$45的credit可以在panhouse泳池邊上點吃的。工作人員配備了一大堆，一到酒店就有人幫着valet parking，登記入住被告知不知道什麼時候房間才能ready，我特意提醒想要一個安靜的房間。有人熟練地幫存了行李，我們到旁邊吃飯剛坐下就收到短訊説房間好了，結果房間就在出電梯的正對面，很吵。第一晚半夜三點半被兩次敲門聲吵醒，外面又沒有人。一大早和前台説了，上午收到貼心的短訊問入住是否滿意，我説有人敲門並且告知了前台，回信也是客客氣氣説會調查。等我離開酒店也沒得到答覆。酒店有一塊毛巾是濕的，沒敢用。如果自己停車，每次要拿着停車票到入口的地方找工作人員手動填好房間號和名字在系統裏charge到房間，然後才能從另一個停車場出口開出去。看來所有的服務都流於表面，登記入住、停車本來可以更絲滑，客人對房間的要求也不應該被忽視，半夜敲門應該及時給出答覆。

As a frequent traveler who’s stayed at properties like the Vanderbilt, Hyatt, and La Concha, I had high expectations for the AC Hotel San Juan Condado. Unfortunately, this stay on November 8th fell short. While the lobby presents well, the hallways and rooms tell another story—visible rust on lamps, vents, and fixtures, a broken chair, and slow-draining sinks made the room feel neglected. The AC vents clearly needed cleaning, and maintenance overall seemed lacking. Although the front desk quickly replaced the broken chair and a frayed iron (which ruined a new knit shirt), the property’s disrepair overshadowed any service recovery. For a brand like AC by Marriott, this location needs significant attention to meet expected standards.
