I rarely write reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. The hostel itself is nice, but the customer service was disappointing. When I asked about switching to a bottom bunk (and even offered to pay extra), the receptionist was condescending and dismissive. The person who checked me in also seemed annoyed. The tone made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome as a solo female traveler. I hope management addresses this, because the customer service really affects the overall experience.

Juliette Hostal has potential, but cleanliness could be improved. When I stayed, there were a lot of young ladies, and it felt like there was drama and tension in the place. I understand guests enjoy going out, but quiet hours should be enforced so everyone can rest. Convenient location, but it didn’t really feel like Puerto Rico’s culture in the establishement.

The staff here are very respectful kind and accommodating. I had no issues whatsoever I even made new friends with the ladies I roomed with. I most definitely recommend staying here.

Great location, clean and nicely decorated, friendly staff. Full size bed instead of typical twin. It was a great value I loved it.

Enjoyed my stay at Juliette Hostel, got to meet wonderful people there and the hostel is only 45 mins away from Viejo San Juan and playa Peña (by walking). Only discomfort was the AC on full blast at night, but other than that it was a good stay at good rate.

I was a little nervous after reading the reviews before I went BUT I’m either very low maintenance(I am not) or other people have too high of expectations(more likely) this was my first time staying in a hostel. I liked the queen beds, the ladder was a little painful for MY feet, the girls in the same room were nice, the staff was fine. I would recommend to friends for a cute lil weekend getaway, I stayed for 3 nights.

A bearly was able to stay a night there, starting from the staff, not friendly, the bed disgusting stains lets not talk about the bathroom , hairs everywhere, toilets not working , never again

I booked 1 room. But I got shared room with other 7 people, so totally 8 people stayed in the room. The beds are double stacked. There is not private bathroom, all are shared by many people.
The shared room of this property charges $45/night per person. But you charged me $147.48, which is overcharged.
I kindly request you refund $100 to my credit card.
