As an experienced traveler, this was my first time staying at this hostel, and it completely exceeded my expectations. I had a private room, which was absolutely stunning—clean, comfortable, and well-designed. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the most amazing front desk manager Adilson and his incredibly helpful staff John & Maria, who made me feel right at home. The service at the bar from Dan, Julio, and Kevin was outstanding—they went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay. One of the biggest surprises was the incredible food prepared by the amazing kitchen staff. It felt more like a boutique hotel than a typical hostel. Every detail, from the atmosphere to the hospitality, was top-notch. I would highly recommend this place to any traveler looking for a welcoming and high-quality stay

We stayed at The Space for 12 nights in February 2025. The staff were super friendly and easy to chat with (and they humoured us with practicing our Spanish!). We had a private room which was quite nice. It was very hot, the fans in the room helped, but I would likely only reserve an air conditioned room next time. We are already planning on going back! We had rented a truck, so while The Space isn’t on a beach, it is quite close to some of the nicest beaches in the area. We had a great stay. Food was excellent!

Ich habe zwei Wochen hier verbracht. Hätte ich nicht weiterreisen müssen, wäre es wahrscheinlich deutlich länger. Ein super entspannter Ort. Personal und Gäste beide sehr freundlich. Essen ist gut und die Zimmer sauber und entspannt!!

Experiencia decepcionante – sin agua caliente y sin advertencia previa” Tenía altas expectativas para este hostal debido al precio y la forma en que se presenta, pero me decepcionó bastante. Las duchas solo tienen agua fría, algo que no se menciona en ninguna parte. Cuando lo comenté en la recepción, confirmaron que no informan de esto previamente. Para un hostal económico, esto podría ser aceptable, pero dado el precio y la imagen que proyecta, se siente engañoso. Servicios básicos como el agua caliente deberían estar claramente indicados para que los huéspedes sepan qué esperar. Si lo hubiera sabido antes, habría elegido otro alojamiento. Recomiendo a futuros huéspedes que tengan esto en cuenta al hacer su reserva.
