Acuatico Beach Resort

It's so nice, the staff is so very cheerful and approachable the food also is healthy and delicous all is good

Everything is perfect, but terraza'CR needs to be remodeled , it is too small to take a shower, and it is wet everywhere after used.

We enjoyed our stay in Acuatico. The amenities were good. Their staff are all courteous, they are mindful of their guests and anticipate their needs. I also liked the food served at the buffet. Will surely visit again.

For my retirement treat for my family and office staff, I booked two (2) La Prima Double & Single at ACUATICO in April 2025. My staff delighted at receiving on arrival a welcome ACUATICO bead necklace and welcome drinks, and a welcome message addressed to them at the Main Wing Reception. The ever-amazing Ms. Jane warmly welcomed and assisted us during our stay. Sir Michael, as always, rendered personalized concierge services. My staff felt like they were in a five-star hotel. They were surprised to find in their room a handwritten welcome note addressed to them, a plate of fruits, bathrobes, towels and slippers, complete toiletries, flat-screen tv, internet access, mini ref stocked with water, Nespresso Coffee and well-maintained rooms. They awed at the private pool at La Prima, and the infinity pool at the Main Wing. They appreciated the comfortable pool water temperature. They basked at the beauty of the life-guarded clean beach, without rocks and debris. As always, the buffet breakfast and dinner, free flowing drinks and light bites during Happy Hour, and staff service all contributed to our satisfaction. The Beach Extravaganza and Simona Spa provided a premium experience for my staff. It is already my family's 4th visit at ACUATICO. Yet, I still sigh in contentment for having treated the people that matter in my life to a perfect vacation that is ACUATICO.

We really enjoyed our stay at Acuatico Resort. The place is very clean and the staff are all kind and accommodating—especially Joseph from the Bell Service. He made sure all our requests were met and even helped us with our things. His service was excellent! The hotel room was awesome—super clean with no unpleasant smells, unlike our experience at Taal Vista Hotel, where the room had a strong urine smell and my child even had an allergic reaction to the bedsheets, which seemed like they weren’t changed properly. At Acuatico, everything was spotless. I highly recommend this resort! Even the food was amazing,especially the fresh fish and superb beef dishes. You won’t regret staying here. The place is beautiful and very safe, with lifeguards on duty too. We’re definitely coming back this Christmas!❤️👏

Napaka accommodating lahat ng staff and very attentive sila sa needs ng mga guest. Napakalinis din ng room kaya narelax talaga kami after the long travel. Will definitely come back next summer for my son’s birthday😊
