I emailed them my arrival time, and arrived late (time it was advertised to be open 7:30ish pm) nobody was there, nobody answered phone call and there was no signage for instructions on what to do after hours, so I walked around and made a guess or what room I booked based off pictures. Luckily it was the right one. The next day told them about it they kinda said sorry, there was a power outage so was uncontactable but really there should be some instructions for this kind of thing. The girl offered me a coffee that I thought was on the house after telling her everything and then turns out it was just an upsell haha (I mean I’m not expecting it but jeez).
Staff were nice enough and the place needs some maintenance but in a beautiful location for sunset.

The hotel badly needs improvement in all aspects. The rooms/cottages are dilapidated and needs to be renovated/repaired.
