Great place to stay in a great area. Front desk staff were very helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The room was clean and well laid out.

Outstanding service from Dayana at check in to Indira our housekeeper. We came for dental surgery and the Salmon Aurora and Salmon Risotto were superb and perfect for tender mouths. Manuel always called to check that our meal was perfect. The breakfast was delicious and varied as well. We’re titanium level and have stayed at 100’s of Marriott’s worldwide and they truly went above and beyond to give us a lovely experience!

First rate staff all the way through. Super helpful and kind. Much of the furnishings and carpeting are worn and dated. Could not locate a USB outlet anywhere.

Excellent and roomy hotel for our family of five. It's in an upscale, very Americanized part of town. Many restaurants within walking distance. The included breakfast was fantastic with an omelette station and many options, including the best homemade pineapple/passion fruit jam!

Great hotel and location!!! We live the breakfast, good coffee and juices, omelettes for everyone! Escazu is cold but the swimming pool is heated, we love the stay!

Sadly this hotel is across the street from the Marriott AC and they blast live music for hours on end! Hours of music into the night. If they don’t invest in better windows don’t plan on sleeping. It’s unbearable. I enjoy live music but not when I’m in a hotel room with an early flight. Awful.

This place was awesome! Super friendly staff, spotless, and they even had breakfast. It was close to restaurants, free parking, and easy to get to for day trips. Plus, tons of local stuff nearby.
