Facilities: Facilities are excellent, including a great pool area with various amenities. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, offering comfort and privacy. There are multiple restaurant choices, although food prices are high.(based on 2 reviews)

We had the best time celebrating my wife’s 40th at azul cabo. The room was excellent with walk out to one of the pools. The staff were excellent especially Alan and Daniel at the pool area. The resort is very clean and beautiful. The beach is beautiful as well but not able to swim in the ocean. It has a steep drop off into it. Only complaint were the prices of the drinks were on the high side but still worth the stay and would love to come back in the future. Also for outside restaurants, La Forchetta was across the street and it was amazing.

I will say that the bar, restaurant and cafe staff are amazing. Found out they are not related to the front desk and bell desk staff. The front desk and bell desk experience on check in and check out were terrible. On check in they lost our bags when we stored them at the bell desk. They ‘forgot’ they had a second storage room after they had us go through the storage area to find them - but they were not there. When we provided the feedback to ‘L’ the alleged front desk manager she told us it was just our perception and it never happened before. Than on check out the same person had the person helping us step aside and check us out. My wife provided the feedback that the experience was terrible and she just said that her staff doesn’t make mistakes and she needed to explain to us why we are wrong. All I’m all it’s a lovely resort. The staff at the bar, pool and cafe are amazing. The actual Hilton staff are pretty terrible. If somehow you can bypass the check in and check out process it will be an amazing resort.
