Who does not like Cabo? This location is more amazing than the photos can express This amazing property is located a short distance from the hustle and bustle of Cabo San Lucas providing a quite retreat. Great restaurants on site with more options just steps away in this area. Staff is very attentive and makes an effort to anticipate your needs and desires. Head to a lounge chair of cabana on the beach, take the family to the main pool or the family area pool, or head to the adult only serenity area for a relaxing day. Rooms at the resort are spacious with large living rooms, kitchens, and bedrooms and offer a very upscale ambiance without pretention. The concierge will also help with any reservations or any excursions that you would like. For the more active nightlife famous places like Cabo Wabo and Senor Frog are just a short drive or ride away. Shopping is located just a mile or two away and the cathedral square is a great place to spend an afternoon, in local shops and restaurants. Our stays hear are always memorable. #Stayvacationed

We have been here 3 times over 3 years for a total of six weeks. It is an absolutely beautiful resort. The maintenance and cleanliness is superb. All of the staff is super friendly and helpful. Shout out to Mariana at the pool. She always went above and beyond and with a smile because “she absolutely loves her job.” Such a joy to see. It would be a 5 star resort review, but unfortunately the prices are increasing quite a bit each year. But, still well worth the visit.

This is a gorgeous resort! Impeccably maintained; the cleaning staff and maintenance crew were always working on something. My family enjoyed a variety of available activities from Spanish lessons to Aqua Zumba. The pools are gorgeous and large so you never feel crowded. You cannot swim in the ocean here due to the rip tides but it was beautiful to walk along and staff were good at making sure patrons were aware of the safety risk. The kitchen was well stocked. There was one washer and dryer on our floor which we used and noticed in use just one other time. The concierge was helpful in planning activities and sharing information on the area. Will definitely plan to go again!

Exceptionally clean resort with spring mattress:/ The place is very nice with spacious rooms and beautiful grounds. Staff is very good and helpful. All spoke good English. Food was good but EXPENSIVE. Everything in Cabo is overly priced for Mexico and this is no exception. Now the mattress.... We paid a hekofa lotta money to be part of the Hilton brand and stay at this resort. I would think they could do better with the bed. It was a basic pillow top spring mattress and by the end of the 5 days my back was hurting and my body was sore. Def need to upgrade that for sure.

I was not given my deluxe pool view room with reservations that I confirmed and printed on the day of departure. Larisa, the manager told me that my room was given away for a paying guest! She also did not follow up with a phone call for rooms changes for the following stay. Both beds sunk in the middle and the sheets were very rough and other reviews echo the same sentiment. Pancakes tasted like flour and water, the chicken were nugget sized with a waffle and the coffee was bitter and cold. As a loyal timeshare holder (20+), I was truly disappointed by the issues I encountered during this stay. While I understand that no experience is perfect, the lack of communication, the downgrade of my room, the discomfort of the bed, and the subpar dining experience were not in line with the high standards I have come to expect from Cabo Azul and especially after the acquisition by Hilton (This is a synopsis of what I wrote to Hilton and expect a response and I will post it.
