Tropicana Los Cabos, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

I stayed at this hotel with my friend. We ordered tacos one day three different types of tacos we're all terrible and expensive I mean really bad. Avoid this hotel June July August September because The pool is like being in a Jacuzzi so hot that whenever you get in the pool you feel like you're going to faint. Also this is kind of cheap and doesn't put fridges the room. The bathroom was very small I will say the air conditioner worked well and the staff were polite. I would not stay here again it's too inconvenient to have to buy an ice chest to refrigerate a beer. This hotel doesn't meet Hilton standards in my mind.

Great location for Dia de Los Muertos festivities en El Zocalo.

I just had a horrible check in. I’m a diamond member so I asked if I could get an upgrade and was told they don’t allow it and I would have to pay for any upgrade and when I asked if i could speak to a manager she advised me there wasn’t one available today as it was their day off and when I asked their name she advised me she couldn’t Give out that information. I have never heard of such a policy and thankfully I’m only here for 1 night otherwise I would move hotels Just based on this check in I would never stay here again

Beautiful small hotel right in the heart of San Jose del Cabo. I love the attractive decor (especially the original art on exhibit), the comfortable guest room (lots of good amenities), the excellent cuisine (sophisticated menu), and of course the location. I’d visited Los Cabos several times before but this was the first time I’d stayed in a hotel that really allowed me to feel like I was in San Jose del Cabo — I loved being able to walk right out the door and stroll one block to be in the town’s main square. Perfect for shopping, dining and enjoying the many art galleries. The hotel also has a spa with great service and even offers yoga sessions. Overall a really great experience.

We spent a couple nights here prior to going to Cabo. Lovely hotel with great friendly staff. Primitivo made us feel right at home and the wife had a lovely massage at the spa. From the front desk to Arni in the restaurant we were always taken care of here. Reasonable rates and a nice pool.
