This hotel is a hidden gem in walking distance of the city center and the convention center. Currently, parking is free there, so that alone is a reason to go there instead of the usual chains.
The person who runs this place is doing it with utmost dedication and love for the property and the guests. Everything is in top condition, the room is clean and provides everything needed for a business trip. I would give the facilities 5/5 if the towels would be of a slightly softer quality.

Had a great stay here while in town for the AI Hardware & Edge AI conference. Family-run business, lovely staff. Comfortable, clean, quiet, spacious room. Quick walk to the convention center. Free parking. Excellent coffee shop next door.

We flew into San Jose because a relative was in ICU and not expected to live much longer. We were greeted by Nick, who was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The room had a king bed and suite features, offering a good amount of space. The bed was large even for a king, and very comfortable. The suite decor had the feel of a house rather than a motel. Nick took the time to check in with us each day (3) to see how things were going with our relative. Room service was provided daily. We would definitely stay there again.

I stayed here for 6 nights to attend a conference at the San Jose McEnery Convention Center. I was looking for a place as close to the convention center as possible because I needed to bring my demo equipment, but I had a hard time finding a hotel that was reasonably priced. The rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained. The owner was very friendly and answered all my questions promptly. If I ever come back to San Jose, I would use this hotel again. サンノゼマッケンナリーコンベンションセンターで開催される学会参加のため６泊利用しました。 デモ機を持ち込むため、なるべくコンベンションセンターから近いところを探していたのですが、値段が高いホテルばかりで困っていたところ、ここはリーズナブルな値段でした。 部屋は広く、清潔で、サービスも行き届いていました。 個人経営のホテルですが、オーナーの方がとても親切で、不慣れな私の質問にも丁寧に答えてくれて適切かつ迅速に対応頂きました。 サンノゼに来ることがまたあれば、再度このホテルを利用したいです。

We took a chance on this hotel as we have never heard of it. It is in a great location downtown San Jose. We drove from Lodi to San Jose for a retirement party. The room was cute and the bed was comfortable and clean. The owner was very attentive. Will stay here again.

I enjoyed my 3 night stay. The owner is a delight. The downtown area is basically empty post-Covid but if you’re going to a conference this hotel is close by and very affordable.

I had a super great stay here! The location and outside looks can be deceiving and make you second guess this stay but it exceeded all my expectations! I was looking something close to the Rock & Roll running course. This was only 2 blocks down from the convention center with free parking. The room was all clean with no issues! Plenty of windows for natural light and a quiet at night. The front desk gentleman was very warm and welcoming and knowledgeable. He even recommended a coffee shop two doors down which was so yummy! I’d definitely stay here again!
