It’s a Marriott brand so you know what to expect. However, the hotel is on a tiny lot with very limited parking. The upper floors are eye level to a freeway. While it’s easy walking distance to restaurants, the neighborhood doesn’t make up for the fact that this hotel was crammed into a very small space. If you want peace and quiet, stay elsewhere.

My family and I stayed in Room 313 from June 23 to June 25. This hotel is absolutely beautiful and stunning. The customer service provided by Gabriel at the front desk reception area was outstanding. I have stayed at over 100 hotels across the United States and Gabriel provided one of the highest and most professional levels of customer service I have ever seen out of all the hotels I have stayed at. Due to the outstanding level of hospitality and customer service provided by Gabriel at the front desk reception, my family and I will definitely be back at this stunning hotel for another fun-filled vacation. Thank you for making our vacation trip to San Jose truly memorable and truly remarkable!

Great room and location! Quiet, polite guests. However #312's shower very slow to drain. I stayed 4 days; no mention of room service of any kind. Workers who are very fastidious should work the breakfast. The floors, counters were always sticky. Garbage can always full. Condiments were sticky and messy.

This hotel was great, room was extremely comfortable so nice to have a full kitchen. Staff was attentive and the breakfast was great. My only complaint is that I got an error message every time I tried to use the WiFi and ended up needing to use my cell phones hot spot.
