Good customer service and very clean , I will definitely book again ,highly recommend it.

Convenient and beautiful hotel. It is located near a trolley station and bus stops. However, I found some trash left by previous users in the room. My request for an extra bed was initially forgotten, but after I asked again, it was promptly prepared.

The hotel is located at City center which is convenient to walk around and train station is near by can commute to the near by area which don’t need to drive. Like the ambience at the hotel and breadbasket is good.

Hotel was great. Felt like a 4 star and nicer than the Westgate just down the road.

Everything was very good, but the only detail was a false eyelash glued to the carpet.

Parking is inconvenient and you have to pay for it yourself. It's a bit expensive and not cost-effective

Good facilities 1. Bad service, they don't clean the room daily, they don't make the beds or change towels 2. Excessive parking costs, $65 a day, a rip-off. THEY DO NOT HAVE PARKING 3. Terrible internet, it doesn't work 4. Excessive deposit on the credit card, $150 a night, they don't refund it 5. TOO MUCH HOMELESSNESS OUTSIDE

Good location, suites are also suitable for family travel

The hotel is convenient for travel and the overall feeling is good.
