Amazing stay. Everything was so good

Loved our stay at the Pulse. Family suite was perfect for our large family and very well designed. We had everything we needed and staff was very responsive!

Friendly and clean with spacious rooms Staff are consistent

The room was clean, but I was very dissatisfied that we were given a room next to the elevator, which was very noisy. At first I thought it was the wind, then I thought it was an airplane, and when I fell asleep, I realized it was the sound of the elevator car. I arrived late and didn't complain.

The room is big, generally clean, the service is good and very welcoming. It is mainly white people staying here, and other guests are also very friendly. This is a hotel like an airbnb homestay. The room has everything, plates, bowls, cutlery, microwave, scrub daddy's dishwashing tools, detergent, dishwasher, coffee machine and Starbucks coffee, etc. It is very cost-effective.

The hotel is in a great location, within 15 minutes' drive of major attractions such as the aircraft carrier and Balboa Park, and there are good restaurants within walking distance. The room is large, it's a suite, like a serviced apartment, ; the staff are very warm and friendly. The only downside is that the parking lot is on the 11th floor, and it's a bit nervous to drive in circles. Overall, good reviews, recommended.
